Welcome to your very own private studio perfect for a peaceful retreat or convenient extended stay. This thoughtfully designed space includes an attached bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. We’ve got you covered with the essentials: salt, pepper, K-cups, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in comfortably.

We provide a starter supply of conveniences:

1 roll of paper towels

4 towels and 4 wash clothes

2 rolls of toilet paper

1 trash bag per day

Dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Fresh coffee to get you going

Please note: These are initial supplies. Guests may need to restock during longer stays. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay, but we offer on-site laundry for your convenience (coin-operated, with a coin changer and Coke vending machine available).

Inside the studio:
Relax on a cozy queen bed with extra blankets, enjoy a 42” Roku TV, and wind down by the electric fireplace with customizable settings and ambient lighting perfect for a cozy night in.

Pet-Friendly:
Furry friends are welcome! A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please ensure you clean up after your pets. Fee must be paid before check-in.

No On-Site Office: We're always available via message, but there’s no physical front desk. Please make sure to read the check-in instructions carefully before arrival so you can access the studio smoothly.

Bathroom Layout: The bathroom is slightly elevated, please be prepared to step up to enter. The shower features an overhead rain shower and is one step down for a spa-like experience.

Central Location: We're less than 3 miles from Dollywood and just 1 mile from The Island, nestled conveniently between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer!

Occasional Odor from Nearby Landfill: A local landfill located about a mile away may, on occasion, produce a strong odor. This usually happens on Monday mornings or after rain during hot, humid weather. While not a daily occurrence, it can be noticeable at times depending on wind and weather conditions.
