Lovely Townhome with great kitchen! Loved having 4 full baths for the 5 bedrooms. Interior elevator was awesome and very much needed to get supplies and luggage up to the bedrooms. Stay Better Vacations was very responsive and worked with us on questions beforehand. Very professional!

Good

Very nice place with plenty of room for our group. There was a sewer smell in the 2nd floor bedrooms (not the primary room) when we arrived, but went away after we settled in. We saw 1 live roach in the kitchen and a bug in the 1st floor bathroom but otherwise clean. Would have been nice to have food storage space in the kitchen, there was only 1 tiny cabinet so all of our food had to be left on the counters throughout our stay. Overall nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful, the location was great. The 3 floors with an elevator gave all 4 couples the privacy needed. The living quarters on the 3rd floor was awesome. Having 2 spaces to relax each with a TV gave everyone room to do their own thing. The kitchen appliances were high end. We had a few minor problems that were resolved immediately by the property management. Highly recommend this property for a large family or multiple couples.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it truly made our day! We love hearing that the layout worked so perfectly for your group and that everyone had the space and privacy they needed to relax and enjoy the trip. That three-floor setup really is something special! We're also so grateful that you took the time to share photos of your experience. It means the world to us and helps future guests envision everything this home has to offer. We're glad our team was able to jump on those minor hiccups quickly, and we'll make sure they know their efforts were noticed and appreciated. We hope to welcome all four couples back to Amelia Island again very soon! Stay Better Vacations
