Picturesque

Beautiful home with all the thoughtful conveniences in an ideal location right on the beach. The large deck overlooking the ocean was a big highlight. Walk or bike to beach restaurant, gym and the greenway. Short distance to town with fantastic restaurants.

As advertised and lovely!

We had a gathering @ Ebb Tide for a Foodie trip and gad a wonderful time. The property is exactly as advertised. Note that the primary bedroom is 2X nicer than any other room/bath combo…which only matters if people are splitting cost and expecting comparable rooms. There’s the Primary and then “the other 3”. Location lovely, close to the main town and very responsive owners.

Best of the best

The house is perfectly situated about 150 yards off the beach. You have a beautiful deck living room and two bedrooms looking out at the ocean. Gorgeous sunrises and just a fantastic place to decompress and enjoy the ocean and nature. Everything first class. Great place for a family or for a group to spend a memorable getaway

As described! Wonderful!

We liked the physical location because it was central to all that we visited. The house itself was well maintained and in great condition. All the little amenities like chargers, towels, shampoo, grill, etc. was plentiful and thoughtful. The welcome book was very thorough and helpful. Access to the beach was perfect! And you would be hard-struck to find a better sunrise anywhere each morning. Thank you!

A beautiful home

This house was so beautiful! Matt and Jenny thought of everything in regards to what folks need and what they will enjoy while staying at Ebb Tide. It was clean too, which me and my party appreciated. There was 6 of us on a girl trip and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed so much the deck overlooking the sand and ocean. Everything was easy, from the booking process to check-in and check out. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Matt and Jenny for the hospitality (the bottle of wine left for us was a nice touch).

Lovely home!

We've vacationed on Amelia Island for many years and this is one of the best homes we've ever rented. Truly thoughtful renovation. The most beautiful deck and view of the beach - exactly as pictured. It was a wonderful gathering spot for us and our grown sons who came from all over the country. We all agreed that this will be our go-to home for (hopefully) years to come.

Best place to stay in Fernandina Beach

Our family and friends had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Ebb Tide Cottage. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned near the heart of the beach life. I could sit in the kitchen and watch the children in our group on the beach and in the water. We got beautiful pictures and enjoyed grilling on the deck and in the evening, hanging out in the hot tub. We will be back and recommended this house to our friends already. 2 thumbs up.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful home with amazing ocean views! Every room was exceptionally clean and perfectly decorated. We enjoyed the expansive deck which had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone.

Ebb Tide was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Amelia Island from. The back deck was our favorite and where we ate all of our meals. The beach is just out the back door and stunning. Communication was always timely and courteous. Everything you need is close by and convenient. I really have nothing bad to say about this spot and we rent homes 2-3 times a year. This was definitely one of our all time favorites. A+
