This is a beautiful well maintained property. Joe was a helpful and efficient host. The views were aseverything! Spectacular!! The kitchen was truly gourmet. Great getaway that is close to Denver. We enjoyed everything!

The property was beautiful and there is a definite pride in ownership. Great location for grand lake and RMNP. One of the best appointed homes we have stayed at! We can’t say enough about the exceptional support received from Joe from early questions during the booking phase right through completion of stay. We highly recommend the property and this host!

The place was beautiful! The views outstanding! Would have been nice to know about the trash policy before we arrived. Also, we were not left a green bag which would have been big enough for all our trash but the smaller one instead.

We normally leave two green town bags in the storage closet, along with the instructions in our pre‑arrival message and welcome binder, but the bags were unfortunately missed during preparation for your stay. Thank you for pointing this out - we have already updated our checklist to ensure the bags are always placed out moving forward. We had the best time in Grand Lake! The house is in an excellent location close to hiking trails and town, is very clean, and has everything you could need. The hosts were easy to work with and responded quickly to our communications. We had zero issues & would definitely stay here again! The views are spectacular, as well!

The house accommodated everything we needed for a long weekend getaway! It was very clean and spacious. The view is amazing! It’s a perfect location as it’s just a couple of minutes from shops especially while traveling with a toddler. I highly recommend booking this place for your next stay!

Beautiful property with stunning views. The home was well cleaned and the kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals. We walked into town everyday, only took 15 minutes but you do have to go up and down a steep hill. We needed sheets during our stay and the host got in touch with us quickly and got us sheets that night, which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend for a group trip!

This cabin was beautiful and had a once in a lifetime view! We felt right at home and enjoyed the large kitchen! We were minutes from Grand Lake so we could fish whenever we wanted! We watched the sunset over the mountains from the hot tub! You should stay here!
