Surfside Skönhet ... 1/2 kvarter från stranden!

Härlig, uppdaterad 2 sovrum, 1 1/2 bad lägenhet i välskött komplex. En kort 1/2 block promenad till stranden! Stor balkong för avkoppling när som helst. Köket är fullt utrustat med uppdaterade apparater och bänkskivor. Sovrummet har queen size-säng, med privat halv badrum och stor garderob för att lagra bagage och golfklubbar, fiskeutrustning, etc. 2: a sovrummet har full över hela våningssängar. Central badrum har en liten garderob för att laga toalettartiklar och har ett badkar med dusch. På fastigheten finns en gated pool med vardagsrum / solterrass. Badtunnan ligger i den frodiga innergården för en mer avkopplande atmosfär. Det finns också en ren, myntstyrd tvättstuga som ligger på egendom. Komplexet är centralt beläget, med ötransport tillgänglig för att hjälpa dig att komma runt om du går för långt! Denna enhet ligger på tredje våningen, som är översta våningen. Medan det inte finns någon hiss, är trappan inte svår att behärska och är verkligen värt turen. Tilldelad parkering för ditt fordon.

Perfect vaction

This place was amazing we had an air problem at night contacted manager they had it fixed in an hour couldn't ask for better service. It was clean the people were nice and the grounds were kept very well pool and hot tub was clean. Loved it will be going back. Highly recommend

Weekend get away

Clean property with well equipped kitchen. Short and easy walk to public access to the beach Easy close parking. Easy check in. Nice grounds. Hot tub is small and was in use a lot so we did not have a chance to get in, but was clean as was the pool. Our main reason for going is to be on the beach anyway. Price is very good. Would stay here again!

Friends and fun

I loved the location of the property. The balcony faced the fireworks show. We were able to make the short walk to the beach. The rooms were a nice size.

Clean & good location

Overall a good stay, wish it had two showers/tubs and a washer/dryer inside unit. But was clean and walking distance to the beach! Owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Betty was so nice and very easy to get a hold of. Her property was simply the best! Very clean and really felt like home. I have no complaints when it comes to Betty or her property. I will definitely stay at her property every time we make a trip to South Padre!

Awesome stay

Was easy to find. Had a view of the ocean across the street off back balcony..easy walk to beach. The whole family loved every bit even the beds were very comfortable.golf cart rental within walking distance..we are already planning next years trip..Thank you!

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for us. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was walking distance from the beach and the pool and spa area was never crowded. We will definitely be back

The condo was clean, fully equipped with amenities and close to nearby shopping, food & bars. Minutes walk to the beach! Great experience!! Stores nearby for emergency comsuables and snacks!.

We moved to South Padre Island from Austin, TX in 2007. We are both native Texans, and it had been a dream to live on the Island. We own a small retail store, enjoy having our daughters, their families (9 grandchildren!) and friends visit and enjoy this amazing Island. (Of course we only host ONE family at a time!)

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we moved to South Padre in 2007, we rented this great condo for 3 1/2 years. After Hurricane Dolly in 2008, much of the interior was rebuilt and updated. Three years ago it was repainted and further updated, making it even better. By "divine" appointment, we talked to the owner who was selling to move off the Island, and we knew we had to have it!

This condo felt like "home" the first time I walked into it! It's walking distance to the beach, the bay, and many other locations. The kitchen is large and well equipped. And the courtyard is a lush, delightful view from the balcony. A peaceful beach getaway!
