Two weeks in Asheville

Renee was an excellent, very friendly host.The location was ideal getting to downtown Asheville, shopping, dining and visiting family.I thoroughly enjoyed the unit and it had all the amenities I needed.I would come back and I also highly recommend it!

Wonderful Location

The Cottage was a great place to stay. Everything was close enough to the places that I visited. It was a place to relax too - quiet, a little in the mountain.. Highly recommended

Very nice!

Terrific cottage, country feel while being close to restaurants and stores. Our only neighbors were a few chickens, one rabbit, one cat, several squirrels. Will book this property again if we ever make it back to AVL.

Do It Again!

Everything was exactly as described. It is just outside of town and not far from grocery stores and The Biltmore. My wife and I enjoyed being there and would choose it again in the future. Thanks for a great stay at a great price!!

Feels a little like home away from home!

This little house was a great find . It supplies all the comforts of home in the line of dishes and necessities . The only thing I found a little hard was the bed itself. It could use a foam topper, it was solid! Sleep is so important! Thank you for having us!

Cottages was so close to each other,next time I get a rental I want secluded/privacy , but other than that and we couldn’t use the grill ( it is covered with bee hives’s and he is allergic to them) it was a great time away from it all !! The cottage was nice and it was clean !

Beautiful cozy cottage!!

Very clean, close to everything. We fell in love with this adorable cottage. Planning in coming back next year for a longer stay!! And Renee is very attentive and very easy to reach.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet

We were so happy with the cottage! It was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. Only minutes from downtown Arden and Asheville. Host was excellent with quick responses and was available if we had any questions. Checkin was very easy-no problems. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet and safe neighborhood

This property was in a very nice quiet location and had a deck along with a huge, private backyard. Full kitchen1 bedroom and bath was just what I was looking for.

Excellent, Quiet, Cozy Retreat

We enjoyed this cozy space very much...it's the perfect get-a-way spot! The setting is quiet but it's close to everything, we highly recommend this Down To Earth respite!

Nice Cozy Private Cottage

This is a nice, cozy private cottage over a "garage" that has a great washer and dryer that one can use. The owners Renee and David were quite friendly and helpful. While bedroom is a tad small, the bed was great---being reasonable firm---the way I like it. Kitchen is well furnished and bathroom too.

Great stay! Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Great location closely convenient to grocery stores, parks, BRP. Enjoyed my mornings with the neighbors hens and greetings from the woodchuck. If you enjoy nature and back decks, this is the spot.

Great place for single traveler

It was the perfect place for me to stay while I visited my sister in Fletcher, NC. My mom helped me find the location since I am only 20. Not many place would rent to my age. Thanks again. I will try to do this again the next time I travel to NC.

The cottage is adorable! Clean and cozy. Convenient to downtown, yet still feels private. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The bed is firm with plenty of pillows and blankets.

Perfect place for two!

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. The place is the perfect location, just about 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go! The place was clean, very well equipped making it a perfect visit. We highly recommend the cottage!

Wonderful stay

My wife and I loved this place. Perfect location for us to visit grandkids in Asheville and Brevard. Nice ambience and amenities. Attentive host. Will definitely stay here again.
