Great location. Very nice for a couple maybe 2. Limited seating in the kitchen/living room. Beds were very good. Showers were awesome....very hot and lots of water pressure. An improvement would be a TV in the bedroom but was OK without.

It was a perfect place to stay, straight shot to the Biltmore and easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Had a rustic cabin feel, but easy city access. Owner communication was quick and easy, had no issues, but felt if there had been one he’d have been right on top of it

Wonderful stay

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Very comfortable beds, roomy, quiet neighborhood, shaded & cool, good kitchen with dishwasher & laundry machine made our lengthier stay like being at home. Very responsive host. Fantastic!

Quaint and private.

We really enjoyed our little get-a-way for the weekend. The house was plenty spacious for two couples and well equipted. The neighborhood was nice and the location was great. I would highly recommend it.

Thanksgiving holiday

Very comfortable quiet place to stay

We were in the area to visit The Biltmore. Though the drive was a little further than I had hoped, the house was a great place to rest. We really enjoyed getting takeout, watching movies, and resting in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the tourist areas. The house is a perfect size for two adults or two couples. It was very clean and comfortable.

Easy and simple

Our stay was for learning more about Asheville which we were able to do. Our accommodations were wat we needed (2 bed and 2 bath). The place was clean and comfortable! Communication was prompt and helpful. We even left an something behind that the property manager, John was nice enough to make a special trip to the post office to send it to me.

We had a great time at this cute property in a charming, leafy neighborhood, and so close to all the area has to offer. The host provided all the amenities we needed. Would love to return for a longer stay!

Mountain retreat

This was the perfect mountain retreat for our family. Beds are comfy, and having two bathrooms was very nice. There’s also a washer and dryer and full kitchen, which was handy. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the central location. For delicious, reasonably-priced farm to table Southern food, we highly recommend the new South Asheville location of Early Girl. And the huevos rancheros at Abeja’s House Cafe are top notch! Both are nearby.
