We had a very comfortable stay, and Renee is an excellent hostess, responding quickly every time, including buying a new hairdryer and bringing it when the one at the apartment stopped working properly. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is good for going to various hiking trails in the area and for checking out downtown Asheville. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment!

This property was conveniently located & much more comfortable for our family than a hotel; we were attending a family 3 day wedding event. The unit was perfect size for us & the cleanliness was one of the most impressive in rentals I've stayed in. Also, host made sure unit was stocked with essentials saving us valuable time...if there were more stars this host & place would have earned them.

The home was cozy and festive for the holidays. There were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm. The host quickly accommodated requests for additional needs. We even left some items behind that the host was gracious to coordinate with us to get these items back to us.

Perfect for us

The Arden location is a short drive from Biltmore, downtown Asheville, the Arboretum, and most of the other attractions the area has to offer. Clean, completely stocked, washer and dryer are a bonus. Perfect for a couple, this is our third stay.
