Stort anpassat, asiatisk-inspirerat, modernt hem beläget på Capistrano Beach. Detta hem ligger direkt på sanden längs en privat strand, i det säkerhetspatrullerade, gated community i Capistrano Bay. Platsen och vyerna är fenomenala.

På ~ 5400 sq ft är detta hem perfekt för familjer att sträcka ut, eller för den eftertraktade romantiska resan för två. Med det höga taket, öppna vardagsrum och fenomenal utsikt är detta hem det perfekta semesterstugan för 2 eller 14.

Var och en av de 5 sovrummen har sitt eget privata badrum med ytterligare 1/2 badrum på vardagsnivån och ett 1/2 bad utanför för strandgästerna.

Capistrano Beach ligger halvvägs mellan San Diego och Los Angeles precis vid 5 motorvägen. Vi är inom 60 till 80 minuters bilresa till de flesta "vill se" sevärdheter i Orange County, San Diego och Los Angeles.

Om körning inte är vad du vill göra på din semester, inom en halv mil promenad finns det 4 restauranger (mexikansk, BBQ, sushi och italiensk) och en sportsbar med uteservering. På gångavstånd finns också en allmän basketbana och en säsongsuthyrningsställ för olika lägenheter för strandutrustning (boogieboards etc.)

Fabulous House on the Beach

11 family members stayed in the magnificent property, celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday. There was so much that was amazing about our stay. The ocean views were spectacular–it was really nice watching the sunset over the water from the oversized hot tub overlooking the beach. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the master suite was especially impressive, with a bathroom that included a sauna, steam shower, and a jacuzzi bathtub. The kitchen was granite and high end appliances, with a full complement of cooking gear and spices, and along with the large gas grill on the patio, it was super easy to make awesome dinners for our crowd.The house has a closet full of games and there was a great assortment of boogie boards and beach toys. I’ve stayed at multiple beach properties, and this was by far and away the best. Thx Dylan for all of the thoughtful touches you’ve put into this property.

Amazing house

This house had everything we needed for our week long Thanksgiving family trip. Everything was well appointed with plenty of towels, small appliances, a large stove and fridge. The master bedroom is amazing and relaxing with the sauna, steam room, fireplace and beautiful views. The host, Dylan was great. He responded promptly to any issues that came up. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home great location

We stayed in this home with 8 adults. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The house was stocked well from the kitchen to the laundry room. The views were beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We will definitely be back!

Great house, but the beach is gone

Great house all around. Very nicely equipped - great kitchen, bathrooms, grill/outdoor area. Well stocked and in an amazing location. One thing to note is that Capistrano beach is eroding so not so much sandy beach area is available.

Location, location, location

Waking up to that view was amazing. The house was comfortable for my family and the kitchen was restaurant quality. So much fun to cook with the family. Would definitely recommend. Did I tell you about the view??!!

Stunning Beachfront Home

This home was all we could have hoped for as a family vacation. We had 3 generations at the house. The kitchen was generously appointed with everything you’d need! The house is large and welcoming! We loved being on the beach and watching the waves and sunset. Dylan was very responsive to any need and helpful with suggestions. We highly recommend!

A wonderful property

The property was great. Dylan was great at check-in and very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was absolutely amazing and we made wonderful meals. Unlike many rentals this kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed lounging on the deck with the hot tub and our kids enjoyed the ocean. We would definitely return to this property.

Unbelievable ocean views and sounds

We had an amazing time at this home. The owners were so kind and hospitable. The home was the cleanest home I have stayed at so leave your shoes at the door and make yourself at home. It was beautifully decorated and very organized. There are endless upgrades in the home especially in the kitchen and master bath. The location was so close to world class restaurants, surf spots, hiking, and shopping. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our romantic getaway!

Perfect Beach Getaway

What an incredible beach house! Everything is as or even better than advertised. Perfect place to vacation with a large family, or do what we did and make it a couple’s getaway. The house is stocked with everything you could need, the host is responsive, and the views are unmatched. If you need complete privacy from neighbors, you might not like that you can see and hear the neighbors in their yards, but it didn’t bother us at all. The sound of the waves drowns most noise out anyway.

Spectacular setting and home!

We needed a large home for a post-Xmas family get-together. This glorious beachside home blew us all away with its large windows, views and amenities. Gourmet kitchen. Hot tub with ocean view. Cozy fireplace in large ocean-view living room. Great beds/bedding. 5 stars!!! Only downsides (small!) are nearby train noise and sometimes beach disappears at high tide.

WISH WE COULD STAY FOREVER!!!

Overall, our family had a great experience! We had 5 kids and 6 adults and we were very comfortable and had so much space! The house is located on a private drive which is great for long walks. The beach is really THAT close (the picture is accurate)! The hottub is awesome. THE KITCHEN is so special and spacious - and everything you could ever want is provided! The master bedroom has an amazing view and a great deck to lounge on. The Property Managers are quick to respond and easy to work with! Overall - I have only positives!

Family pre-wedding girls weekend

The Capistrano Beach House was absolutely gorgeous! Dylan was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed for our Family weekend. The chef kitchen was perfect for our formal chef dinner night. The kitchen and den are wide open with beautiful ocean views and provided the most amazing ambiance to gather for our virtual wine tasting evening. Every bedroom was super comfortable and spacious. The outside patio was perfect to enjoy sunsets and the beach. Overall a 5 star experience for our girls family weekend and we will to definitely be back to enjoy again! Thank you for everything!

Hot tubs and breaking waves

Fantastic stay for 5 adults and 5 children. Spotless house with incredible frontage right on the Pacific. We watched sunsets over Catalina from the hot tub to the sound of waves. The house is spacious and well equipped, things are well laid out and thoughtfully labelled (a little thing which makes a big difference). The owners were super helpful and responsive. The house might not be so good for toddlers (open tread stairs and an indoor pond) but our kids aged 4-9 absolutely loved it. The daily fish feed became a ceremony and we couldn’t get them out of the hot tub. The adults loved the great views and the enormous master suite. A great stay.

outstanding property and locaiton

Our family of 6 travels frequently, stay in larger homes, and we are very particular. This home and location are impressive. The home was clean and truly has everything needed to completely relax and enjoy being RIGHT on the beach. The private access made for a relaxed and sparsely populated beach, with miles of sand for exploring and enjoying. The owners were attentive, friendly, and helpful. A previous review called the home a 'work of art'. I thought that statement was likely overblown, and am happy to report it was not. This home is an amazing creation of beauty and luxury. If you are looking for a higher end home with everything on a private beach in Southern California, this location is my recommendation!

Favorite trip

Property was amazing. Each room had own bathroom and very spacious. The master bedroom even had a steam room and sauna. This house had everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi outside is in the perfect spot overlooking the ocean. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We went in May and had high tide however enough to be able to walk along beach in the afternoon. This is a gated a community and one of the rules state you are only allowed to stay on beach in front of your own house even if there is space between you and another property. The owners were very nice and didn’t enforce that rule however neighboring resident complained. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much and would love to return:)

With our children not wanting to sell the home we have elected to offer it for rent. The home is a spectacular ~5300 Sq Ft custom contemporary home that is like nothing else offered in the Capistrano Beach community. The home is family managed and we are local which means we are available 24/7 should any problems arise (we will of course notify if we'll be gone for any reason). We take cleanliness a step beyond with laundering of all blankets, duvet covers and area rugs between guests. In addition the Whirlpool tub, Sauna and Steam room are disinfected between quests as well. We take pride in our rental home as it was once our family home.

We choose Capistrano Beach because of its simple, casual lifestyle and unique beauty. It is close to LA and San Diego, yet when you get home to the beach, you are in a different world.
