The condo was very spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. The 2 beach chairs that came with the condo were SO convenient. My sister and I didn't have to worry about dragging a lot of stuff to the beach. There was not really anything we did not like about our stay. The condo was great as well as the beach access and view. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We actually met him on the beach on our last day. This is a great place to stay and I would definitely rent it again.

The perfect retreat

Every room except the bathrooms have a perfect view of the beach. Check in was no hassle, parking was ideal, and we never waited on an elevator. If you are a lover of the beach, this is your place!!!

Fabulous view

The property is well maintained. The hugh expanse of windows provides a stunning view of the Gulf. The property is as close to the beach as you could ever hope for. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellla is a big plus. Parking was provided and there was rarely a wait for the elevator.Loved everything except trying to figiure out how to work the tv remotes (we're old dinosaurs). The owner seems like a very nice person and I should have asked forr help but I didnt. We'd stay here again.

Sulu was so easy to get in touch with. Cold air. Easy beach access. Store was 2 mins away. No traffic. Will stay here again.

This was the perfect condo. Location was away from the traffic. The owner was so incredibly nice. Had a small problem an he came immediately an resolved the issue. Easy access to condo , pool , beach and my family absolutely loved there stay. I hope to stay here several times each year.

Awesome vacation

Nice condo. Very roomy and furnishings are as pictures. Communication with the owner was excellent. This is low rise complex so then beach is not crowded. Beach service was great and beach chair rental is awesome. Bedrooms are huge.

My family of 4 stayed in this condo during the week of July 4th. This was the first time we had ever stayed at Seachase. The convenience of the beach access and parking was very nice. Our room was nice. I was a little disappointed when we checked in, the room was not as clean as I would like for it to bed. The floors were sticky, the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed, and it was very obvious that the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator had not been cleaned. We like to cook 4 out of the 6 nights that we stay and we had bought lots of meat to cook, and all of the meat had spoiled due to the fridge not being very cold. Our milk stayed room temperature. The biggest inconvenience of the trip was during our first 3 days there, the owner would ring our door bell and would ask to come in to do maintenance work. I feel that the work he did should have been done before we arrived or after we left. Two of the three times he interrupted breakfast. It was very annoying. Other than that, the view from the room was great and the condo was very spacious.

Needs a little TLC

We loved the location of the condo, right on the beach! And loved that the second bedroom had two queen beds for our two teenage boys. I was disappointed in a few things. Upon arrival the condo smelled a little musty so I bought an air refresher for living room. There were a few dead roaches in the kitchen as they had probably had it exterminated a week or so before we got there. I would have thought their cleaning service would have seen these and cleaned them up. We did see a few live ones the second or third day in the kitchen and master bath. The exterminator came again while we were there. I was told they come 2 times a month. Didn’t see any more live ones until the Friday morning we left, then saw a couple that were pretty lively. I know roaches can be a problem in the area but we have rented condos before and have never had them in other rentals in the area or other parts of Florida. Our first day there we go to make coffee in the coffee pot and there was an old filter with used coffee grounds still in it. So thinking they should probably get a new cleaning service to take care of the place for them. When I looked at the comments from others that had rented the place there was only one that mentioned the roaches and the owner had commented that the comment was a hoax so I figured everything would be fine. I normally don’t comment on the places we stay but will be doing so from now on, whether positive or not so positive stays so that others can be more informed about the places they are inquiring about. Now, with this said about the bugs, if they would get these under control it is a an affordable place for families with good space for all. The beds were very comfortable. And the owner was very nice.

The host was very kind and responsive to messages before our stay. The beach was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Everything was wonderful!

Building is old so you get what comes with that. There is nothing the owner can do about that. Owner was easy to contact and handled issues immediately. Very quiet with no beach crowds. Not a long walk to the beach and having the chairs come with it was a big savings.

The condo was exactly as described, but better than we had expected. Great views of the beach and Gulf from both bedrooms and living room dining area. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, silverware, and other cooking dishes. There were trash bags and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. It was the best stocked condo we've stayed in. We did not see any evidence of bugs, rodents, trash, or other things that were not cleaned. Roku and cable were available. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We plan to go back!

Very Pleased

To start, I’d like to say it was a little bumpy, I was suppose to receive a welcome letter which the property owner sent before hand and several times the day we arrived. For some reason, I wasn’t getting it through my phone email app. Caused some confusion in the beginning because I didn’t know where to look for parking passes, didn’t have gate codes etc. my daughter was finally able to log in to my email on her phone and pull it up.YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO HAVE THIS BEFORE ARRIVING. Once all this was resolved, the vacation was great. Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable. Loved the full glass windows all across the front. Had everything we needed to cook there when we wanted. My two recommendations would maybe get a keruig coffee pot and some nonstick baking sheets.

Amazing Beach Front View

We had a great time staying at this place. The description matched exactly how it was listed. The view was incredible from every room. It was nice to open the sliding glass doors and let fresh air in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay right on the beach!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We were sold on this property when we saw the gorgeous ocean view from every room. The location is also great since it is close to SR 79 and the new international airport, close to Pier Park, and close to shopping and restaurants. We also liked that it is a low density complex so not too crowded. We were also impressed with the two large bedrooms and the split floor plan allows for privacy within families or friends.
