Nyligen renoverad med nya bänkskivor i granit, köksskåp, fåfänglighet, apparater, ljusarmaturer etc.

Vacker utsikt över den vita sockersandstranden och kristallklart vatten. Sextio meter långa åtta fot höga glasvägg från golv till tak längs stranden. Glidande glasdörrar finns i sovrum och vardagsrum. Alla rum inklusive matsal ser stranden och havet.

Stora sovrum med privata badkar och klädkammare. Master bad har två handfat. Denna plats är enorm och mycket välutrustad för 8 personer. Mästaren har king size-säng och det andra sovrummet har två drottningar. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa.

Varje rum har golv-till-tak och utsikt från viken till väggen på bukten, känn dig nära stranden från denna lägenhet på tredje våningen. Titta på de vackra solnedgångarna och koppla av med din favoritdrink på balkongen.

Detta är en lägenhet med låg densitet, som bara har 32 enheter varje byggnad; totalt 64 enheter! Ingen väntar på hissar. Två parkeringsplatser för varje enhet finns under byggnaden på bottenvåningen. Detta är en mycket trevlig semesterort belägen i västra änden av Panama City Beach, men ändå bekvämt beläget nära alla typer av restauranger, shopping, familjens nöjen och aktiviteter på det helt nya Pier Park-anläggningen! Fabulous view

The property is well maintained. The hugh expanse of windows provides a stunning view of the Gulf. The property is as close to the beach as you could ever hope for. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellla is a big plus. Parking was provided and there was rarely a wait for the elevator.Loved everything except trying to figiure out how to work the tv remotes (we're old dinosaurs). The owner seems like a very nice person and I should have asked forr help but I didnt. We'd stay here again.

Amazing Beach Front View

We had a great time staying at this place. The description matched exactly how it was listed. The view was incredible from every room. It was nice to open the sliding glass doors and let fresh air in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay right on the beach!

The perfect retreat

Every room except the bathrooms have a perfect view of the beach. Check in was no hassle, parking was ideal, and we never waited on an elevator. If you are a lover of the beach, this is your place!!!

Okay, but could be better

PROS: parking, elevator, pool toys, living room, dining room, pool water nice, ice maker worked CONS: no balcony access from bedrooms, horrible master bath design, not many bath towels-face towels-wash cloths, no coffee filters, finicky dishwasher, 8 stairs from pool deck to beach (no ramp), too many gates with codes to gain access, pool tiles broken or missing, cheap and old balcony furniture Specific property needs an upgrade. If you are going to make it a point to print the cost of missing linens, you need to also provide an inventory list of quantity of each item. From the very beginning, we felt short on towels and did not know if what we had was accurate or if we had not been provided correctly to begin with. Having one sink in the master bath in the toleit and shower room where you had to close the door to access the sink was dumb and inconvenient. We were very disappointed that we could not access the balcony from the bedrooms - only 8 inches of width! Dishwasher pods were provided, but no coffee filters. We did not want to purchase a pack of 100 for 6 days worth of coffee. Not our favorite place.

Great location and beautiful beach. Not crowded at the beach at all. There were clothes left on the balcony from the previous guest. Would rent again if in the area for vacation later on

Best time ever !

Condo is beautiful! The location is perfect, it is close enough to pier park to take the back street to avoid traffic but you do not miss out on anything . Wei nice people also staying at the complex- our teenagers made lots of friends and were out with other kids every evening having fun . The beds are super comfortable the views are breathtaking and we will be back every year!

Perfect condo

This was the perfect condo. Location was away from the traffic. The owner was so incredibly nice. Had a small problem an he came immediately an resolved the issue. Easy access to condo , pool , beach and my family absolutely loved there stay. I hope to stay here several times each year.

Wonderful 50th birthday stay!

We had a great stay! The condo had perfect views of the beach from every room! It had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great from day one! Check-in was easy and parking plentiful! We're already planning our next trip!

Very beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful with unobstructed views of the beach. We were literally steps to the beach and water. The condo was beautifully furnished and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Spacious retreat

Or family had a nice stay in PCB. The unit was very roomy, the 2 master suites were nice, it was great to have beach views from all rooms (except the bathrooms of course). The owner assured me the couches are being replaced, the place needs a little TLC, but it was worth overlooking for the beautiful beach complete with chair setup daily. We had the unfortunate luck to be there while there was construction being done on parking garage, I know that was a circumstance beyond the owner's control. Overall we had a good vacation, thanks Sulu.

Great visit again!

The only problem we had was we could not get the door to change the code to our personal code. Other than that it was a wonderful stay! The water and weather were awesome! Love the large open condo with a view from every room. ❤️ This is the second time we have stayed with this owner and he is easy to work with! Hope to be there again!

Wonderful family getaway

This condo was pretty accurate in its description. Although a few outdated items (couches & rocker), overall a very relaxing & convenient stay. Updated kitchen & bathrooms, large walk in closets. VERY spacious 2 bdrm condo. A bit dusty in areas; lampshades, baseboards, cabinetry, but I’m a domestic engineer so I’m picky. 😁 There is a slight musty smell, but after resetting ac it dissipated after a day. I’d assume it’s the carpet in the bedrooms, although clean, it’s going to hold sand & moisture. Very convenient parking, 1, but open so a van w/ a luggage topper fits! If another is needed, an additional $20, checks only. Sulu, the owner, was very responsive. My husband even met him, he was very nice & offered assistance, if needed. The pool is quaint, we try to only use during red flags. Overall, we would love to return to this location & with this owner. The only recommendation would be to change the sofa to a sofa-sleeper; the fold out twin bed was a tad too small for our son; we bought a blow up to accommodate. Loved the location, size, beach chairs & the peacefulness of this older & shorter stature of this condo! ☀️

Good vacation

I love staying at the SeaChase complex. The location is wonderful. Beach in front of unit is not crowded, which is also wonderful. Bedrooms and overall unit are large and nice. Nicely accommodated our family. It came with two beach lounges and umbrella. Very nice benefit! Living room furniture is a little outdated and rugs and carpet dirty. TVs are not smart TVs but the living room had a device to make it smart. Heads up … I am use to extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as well as dishwasher detergent being left. This unit did not provide it, but only a small inconvenience. Winn Dixie is a mile away, so no big deal. Overall, a good trip.

We were sold on this property when we saw the gorgeous ocean view from every room. The location is also great since it is close to SR 79 and the new international airport, close to Pier Park, and close to shopping and restaurants. We also liked that it is a low density complex so not too crowded. We were also impressed with the two large bedrooms and the split floor plan allows for privacy within families or friends.
