Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quietâ to ânoise levels may vary during the day due to construction, the apartment has double glazing that should help to mitigate against noise, but we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. â June 2025
