Den hÀr fastigheten Àr sÀker pÄ att imponera och koppla av dig. Steg Ànda ut till strandpromenaden som leder till stranden bara nÄgra steg ner. Ingen slÀpa dina grejer upp och ner hissar eller massor av trappor. BekvÀmt boende. Detta helt renoverade villa med helt nya allt kommer att lÀmna dig och din familj med bara goda tider och glada minnen.
Windswept Villas ligger pÄ östra stranden. Ligger nÀstan tvÀrs över gatan frÄn Night Heron Park och bara ett par minuters promenad till East Beach Market eller Sanctuary. Golf och tennis Àr Kiawah frÀmsta attraktion, men det finns gott om familjevÀnliga evenemang som pÄgÄr hela veckan pÄ natten Heron och Freshfields marknaden. Charleston Àr en 30 minuter med bil. Cyklar kan hyras och Àr att föredra transport pÄ ön.
Njut av stranden dofter och ljud frÄn din stora rymliga tÀckt dÀck perfekt för avkoppling eller ta en tupplur pÄ soffan eller njuta av nÄgra aptitretare och en kall drink.

Detta rum har ocksÄ en fullstor dresser och 32 "platt-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare. Det andra badrummet har ocksÄ stor walk-in shower med dusch pÄ skjutreglaget för att fÄ alla sanden bort.

Anniversary Getaway with A family Surprise

Great trip to Kiawah

Highly recommend this villa. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting and just a quick walk on the boardwalk over to the beach and miles of beautiful bike paths to enjoy.

Holiday Getaway

A lovely space in a beautiful spot. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities and make cozy meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts communicated throughout and really took extra steps to ensure we had a nice stay. We would love to visit again!

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We loved the convenience of walking out the back door and heading out to the beach. Early morning coffee on the back porch, with the rolling sounds of the waves was particularly enjoyable. Villa had all conveniences, very comfortably and attractively decorated.

Lovely oceanfront villa

We loved staying at this well provisioned villa that was just steps away from the beach. It was great to sleep with the sounds of the ocean waves wafting through our open windows. Thank you for all the great coffee making equipment too.

Fall Break on Kiawah

Robert and Marisa were simply incredible host! This villa was easy to access by car and very easy access to the beach. Coffee and breakfast was a highlight! Easy access to the beach allowed us to catch both sunrises and sunsets. The villa was so comfortable, beautiful, and calm. I loved the couch! I wish I could squeeze it into my car. Thank you for sharing such a warm space. Please take care.

From my initial contact with the hosts to my arrival and stay at this beautiful property I was amazed. Everything was well organized, clean, easy to use. The location was great. The one minute walk to the beach was easy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Great place!

All the finishes and decor are fresh and clean. Great location for getting around the island. Even though it’s a condo, they were people above us and you could barely tell. While we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, you could hear the ocean while sitting on the back porch and it was easy to come and go to the beach.

Great location on Kiawah

This property was the perfect location to stay in during the Kiawah Marathon. We loved being on the beach, although we couldn’t see it from the condo since it’s on the first floor. The bedrooms are small, but they worked for us. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Robert and Marisa were great hosts. They were very thoughtful and quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Kiawah.

Kiawah Island is a beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. There were fresh flowers on the table and a new card game (Uno) to play. We played several times. The beach is gorgeous. The condo is very close to the Sanctuary to rent bikes, which were so much fun. We were also able to take part in gator walks and a 2 hour guided bike ride through the wetlands. We had a very nice time. I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely, serene and memorable!

This lovely apartment is right on the boardwalk to the splendid beach (great for walking and the water was delightfully warm). The owners are truly super hosts! The apartment is beautifully appointed, with all the appliances and cookware we needed to prepare meals, as we spent most nights in (though we did sample some recommended restaurants, thanks to our hosts). Looking out at the dunes and sea beyond, you have a feeling of being in a garden. Nice and calm. The beach is outstanding and we certainly took Robert's advice to check out the sunrises. Stunning! This is a perfect apartment for a couple or a family with small children. It is clean and well-maintained, and the complex itself is nicely designed. Go for it!

Spectacular Experience

From beginning to end, we couldn't have had a better experience. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The owners, Robert & Marisa, have really thought of every amenity you'd need and to make you feel at home. From the first welcome message to the final goodbye we felt taken care of. We were surprised by the fresh flowers and bottle of wine that greeted us as we entered from a long day of travel. It was such a lovely treat! We had no issues getting acclimated and prepared with the information and details of the area that was provided ahead of time. I'm gushing because it was that good. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was hands down our best experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Hosts and Property

Robert and Marisa were absolutely the most fantastic hosts we've ever dealt with on VRBO! Their prompt responses and thorough communication prior to and during the stay were so appreciated. The property was super clean, organized, comfortable and well stocked with anything we may need during the stay. They have a great attention to detail and left information regarding area recommendations and contact information for any vendor we may have wanted to reach while onsite. This property will not disappoint with it's location!! We have stayed in the Windswept community at Kiawah 5 other times but this condo was the best because it is centrally located with steps to the beach via our own stairs to the boardwalk and is so easy for unloading/loading. The furnishings and decor have been updated and everything was super cozy! Robert and Marisa were wonderfully hospitable and thought of very kind personal touches to make our stay special as we celebrated my daughter's birthday and our anniversary. Visitors will not be disappointed with this property!!

Our Family has been going to Kiawah for 17 yrs and were finally able to purchase our own piece of the island. We enjoy our memories and time on Kiawah and wanted share with other families the same opportunity.
Our girls learned to ride bikes on the smooth sand along Kiawah Beaches:)

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our Windswept unit offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach right down the short boardwalk outside the back door.
Lugging beach gear and all the kids gear around is not necessary when you are staying 1 minute from the sand:)
Night Heron Park is just across the street, to the left.
First floor means quick access to the beach and no need to go up and down the elevator.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are nature lovers and love the fact that the entire island is a nature preserve. You don't have to go more than 5ft to see some of the unique native species . We love that you can come to the island get out of your car and not have to get back in it for a week. We bike and walk everywhere including to Freshfields Market.
