Den här fastigheten är säker på att imponera och koppla av dig. Steg ända ut till strandpromenaden som leder till stranden bara några steg ner. Ingen släpa dina grejer upp och ner hissar eller massor av trappor. Bekvämt boende. Detta helt renoverade villa med helt nya allt kommer att lämna dig och din familj med bara goda tider och glada minnen.
Windswept Villas ligger på östra stranden. Ligger nästan tvärs över gatan från Night Heron Park och bara ett par minuters promenad till East Beach Market eller Sanctuary. Golf och tennis är Kiawah främsta attraktion, men det finns gott om familjevänliga evenemang som pågår hela veckan på natten Heron och Freshfields marknaden. Charleston är en 30 minuter med bil. Cyklar kan hyras och är att föredra transport på ön.
Njut av stranden dofter och ljud från din stora rymliga täckt däck perfekt för avkoppling eller ta en tupplur på soffan eller njuta av några aptitretare och en kall drink.
Köket har helt nya rostfria vitvaror och allt du behöver för att laga och servera din egen mat om du väljer.
Den rymliga matsalen har plats 6 gäster. Vardagsrummet har mjuk velour soffa och stol med fotpall för att läsa eller titta på 46 "platt-TV.
Sovrummet har en king size-säng med 46 "platt-TV, strejk reglagen till verandan kan du höra havet hela natten och har utsikt över havet. Mästaren bad har stora duschkabin med handhållna dusch på bar bild.
Det andra sovrummet är en stor barn och unga vuxna våningssäng rum. *** (Vänligen se bild av Bunk Room) Detta mindre storlek rum är perfekt för dem som söker dubbla våningssängar för att rymma familjen på en budget. Detta rum har också en fullstor dresser och 32 "platt-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare. Det andra badrummet har också stor walk-in shower med dusch på skjutreglaget för att få alla sanden bort.
Staplade tvättmaskin och torktumlare inne i villan kan du tvätta och torka din egen tvätt.
Vi har inte tillgång till poolen (pooler ägs av KIAWAH GOLF RESORT och vi kan inte ens köpa tillgång till dem)

Fall Break on Kiawah

Robert and Marisa were simply incredible host! This villa was easy to access by car and very easy access to the beach. Coffee and breakfast was a highlight! Easy access to the beach allowed us to catch both sunrises and sunsets. The villa was so comfortable, beautiful, and calm. I loved the couch! I wish I could squeeze it into my car. Thank you for sharing such a warm space. Please take care.

Holiday Getaway

A lovely space in a beautiful spot. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities and make cozy meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts communicated throughout and really took extra steps to ensure we had a nice stay. We would love to visit again!

Highly recommend this villa. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting and just a quick walk on the boardwalk over to the beach and miles of beautiful bike paths to enjoy.

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We loved the convenience of walking out the back door and heading out to the beach. Early morning coffee on the back porch, with the rolling sounds of the waves was particularly enjoyable. Villa had all conveniences, very comfortably and attractively decorated.

Fantastic Vacation

Lovely oceanfront villa

We loved staying at this well provisioned villa that was just steps away from the beach. It was great to sleep with the sounds of the ocean waves wafting through our open windows. Thank you for all the great coffee making equipment too.

Kiawah in September

From my initial contact with the hosts to my arrival and stay at this beautiful property I was amazed. Everything was well organized, clean, easy to use. The location was great. The one minute walk to the beach was easy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Great location on Kiawah

This property was the perfect location to stay in during the Kiawah Marathon. We loved being on the beach, although we couldn’t see it from the condo since it’s on the first floor. The bedrooms are small, but they worked for us. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Robert and Marisa were great hosts. They were very thoughtful and quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Kiawah.

Kiawah Island is a beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. There were fresh flowers on the table and a new card game (Uno) to play. We played several times. The beach is gorgeous. The condo is very close to the Sanctuary to rent bikes, which were so much fun. We were also able to take part in gator walks and a 2 hour guided bike ride through the wetlands. We had a very nice time. I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely, serene and memorable!

This lovely apartment is right on the boardwalk to the splendid beach (great for walking and the water was delightfully warm). The owners are truly super hosts! The apartment is beautifully appointed, with all the appliances and cookware we needed to prepare meals, as we spent most nights in (though we did sample some recommended restaurants, thanks to our hosts). Looking out at the dunes and sea beyond, you have a feeling of being in a garden. Nice and calm. The beach is outstanding and we certainly took Robert's advice to check out the sunrises. Stunning! This is a perfect apartment for a couple or a family with small children. It is clean and well-maintained, and the complex itself is nicely designed. Go for it!

Spectacular Experience

From beginning to end, we couldn't have had a better experience. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The owners, Robert & Marisa, have really thought of every amenity you'd need and to make you feel at home. From the first welcome message to the final goodbye we felt taken care of. We were surprised by the fresh flowers and bottle of wine that greeted us as we entered from a long day of travel. It was such a lovely treat! We had no issues getting acclimated and prepared with the information and details of the area that was provided ahead of time. I'm gushing because it was that good. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was hands down our best experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Hosts and Property

Robert and Marisa were absolutely the most fantastic hosts we've ever dealt with on VRBO! Their prompt responses and thorough communication prior to and during the stay were so appreciated. The property was super clean, organized, comfortable and well stocked with anything we may need during the stay. They have a great attention to detail and left information regarding area recommendations and contact information for any vendor we may have wanted to reach while onsite. This property will not disappoint with it's location!! We have stayed in the Windswept community at Kiawah 5 other times but this condo was the best because it is centrally located with steps to the beach via our own stairs to the boardwalk and is so easy for unloading/loading. The furnishings and decor have been updated and everything was super cozy! Robert and Marisa were wonderfully hospitable and thought of very kind personal touches to make our stay special as we celebrated my daughter's birthday and our anniversary. Visitors will not be disappointed with this property!!

Gorgeous, inviting, and cozy home away from home! Great hosts, great location- everything you want!

Robert and Marisa are the perfect hosts and I wish they owned property everywhere because I would feel at ease renting only from them ever again. Robert was quick to respond any time I had a question and was proactive in letting me know any changes that popped up. For example, the water dispenser on the refrigerator was acting up, and my daughters and I would have been perfectly fine drinking tap water with ice. Instead of waiting to ask us if we minded drinking tap water, however, Robert left a brand new Brita filtered water pitcher for us to use to keep cold water ready and waiting in the refrigerator. This was such a special touch and was much appreciated. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and matched the online photos perfectly. In fact, I should say that the villa in “person” was even more breathtaking than the photos. We felt instantly at home and we enjoyed staying at the villa as much as we enjoyed exploring Kiawah. We truly felt like the villa embodied how a beach home should be. We can’t wait to come back!

Best VRBO experience!

My family has been renting on VRBO for years and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. From the start, it was evident that the owners, Robert and Marisa Epps, were truly concerned about accommodating our needs. Unlike several other VRBO owners, the Epps treated us like family - and they made sure that our stay was as pleasant as it would be if we truly were their family! Their communication was top notch, the cleanliness of the unit was stellar and the location couldn’t be beat. The accessibility made it easy for our children (14 and 11) to travel back and forth to the beach without my husband and I worrying about them having to walk too far. They even left us some nice surprises upon our arrival - fresh flowers, and other treats for the kids. It was amazing! We truly cannot say enough good things about this property and the Epps family. Lastly, if you’re concerned about the size of the second bedroom, while it was admittedly on the smaller size, my children didn’t complain one bit - in fact, they ended up spending more time together in that room and had a blast. I cannot recommend this property or the Epps highly enough! Their hospitality, graciousness and genuine kindness are the “small things” that place this property and the Epps family head and shoulders above the others!

Long Overdue Vacation in Kiaweh Just the Ticket

We arrived and couldn’t seem to find the front door code in our emails. No worries - the owners quickly responded while we waited at the front door of the condo for just a few moments. When we entered, a beautiful bouquet of daisies (real!) were greeting us on the kitchen table along with a lovely view of the ocean. Our daughters couldn’t wait to exit the beachside of the condo and experience the incredibly close proximity of the ocean. Everything about the unit was exactly as described. There were no surprises, and it was decorated with a casual elegance that leaned toward comfortable rustic. The condo was updated as described with current appliances and bathroom fixtures. I think our favorite part was the location of the unit to the beach and the privacy. We rented bikes and only went to Charleston for a day. Kiaweh had everything right there, including a great grocery store that kept us condo and beach-based for most of the week. And when we needed advice on the area, the owners were only a phone call, text or email away. Yes, the unit may be on the small side at less than 800 square feet for a two bedroom. But we are a close family. End even when it rained, it was cozy and more than sufficient for our needs. Between the wonderful porch area for relaxing with a book, a beach for your backyard and a really well-equipped condo for our purposes, our first vacation since 2018 was memorable and relaxing. We were grateful the unit was even available given our last minute plans. We hope to return again in autumn. A big shout-out to the owners for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. It was a special week.

This place is fantastic!!

I had a wonderful experience with this property and the property owners!! Not that I’m proud of this, but I am most certainly a snob when it comes to any overnight accommodations. I’m rarely truly satisfied with any place (Hotel, resort, Vrbo type, etc) but this place... it was somewhere I would actually enjoy living full time. I could have just moved in here and been so very happy. I was beyond satisfied. It was beautiful and clean, perfectly appointed and comfortable. It was lovely in every way. The owners went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me and my little girl. (And visitors) My daughter loved it here as well. And the beach... whaaaaat.... it literally is right there. Like you don’t even need to bother throwing on a cover-up. That’s how close it is. You can run back to the villa, to grab something on a whim, and it’s not at all inconvenient. It’s surprisingly close. All of the linens and bedding were super comfortable and plush, not worn or cheap. The kitchen is so clean and stocked with quality items, items you would choose for your own home. The washer and dryer were modern and worked perfectly. The showers were clean and modern as well. The floors were new and well kept. The furnishings were comfortable, not worn, and just really pretty. The ac was quick to cool and easy to get just right. No waiting for cold air or hot water. (I’m just trying to list all the things that are important to me because I heavily rely on reviews when deciding on a place.) This was an amazing experience. If I were not a single mom, I would have stayed much longer. It was perfect for us. I am so grateful to these owners for going above and beyond to make their place, and our experience, far exceed my expectations.

Our Family has been going to Kiawah for 17 yrs and were finally able to purchase our own piece of the island. We enjoy our memories and time on Kiawah and wanted share with other families the same opportunity.
Our girls learned to ride bikes on the smooth sand along Kiawah Beaches:)

Our Windswept unit offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach right down the short boardwalk outside the back door.
Lugging beach gear and all the kids gear around is not necessary when you are staying 1 minute from the sand:)
Night Heron Park is just across the street, to the left.
First floor means quick access to the beach and no need to go up and down the elevator.

We are nature lovers and love the fact that the entire island is a nature preserve. You don't have to go more than 5ft to see some of the unique native species . We love that you can come to the island get out of your car and not have to get back in it for a week. We bike and walk everywhere including to Freshfields Market.
