Nestled in the heart of Noho, this beautifully-designed 3-bedroom penthouse offers the perfect blend of loft-style living and modern comfort and includes over 1800 SQFT of private outdoor space.
The PH unit features soaring 12-ft+ ceilings with exposed beams and gorgeous brick walls. Filled with designer furniture and art, this loft features an open-concept living area and tons of natural light. This unit offers blazing-fast wifi, a fully-stocked kitchen, a washer-dryer, and workstation setups.
The Space:
The three spacious bedrooms feature mattresses from brands including Tempur-Pedic, oversized windows, and ultra-soft linens. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet, and there is a second bathroom for the other two bedrooms to share.
As one of just two units in the building, youâll enjoy the luxury of privacy in the heart of New York Cityâs trendiest neighborhood. The living room features a 75" HDTV, custom-built furniture, and a grand arched skylight that casts an abundance of natural light on the space.
The real highlight of our penthouse is the private terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and make the most of the outdoors. Whether you're hosting a dinner party with friends or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the loftâs terrace offers the perfect spot to unwind.
Our apartment is located on the border of Noho and Soho and is just steps away from some of the best galleries, shops, and restaurants in New York City. Just a short walk from Greenwich Village and the rest of downtown Manhattan, this loft serves as the perfect home base for a long-term stay in the Big Apple.

Haus' concierge service can coordinate cleanings, private events, and more for guests. We're able to schedule private chefs, excursions, and more -- just ask us when you book and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences.
Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed on the property.
