Våra 3-sovrum, 2-baders 1450 kvm (inkluderar 200 kvm balkong) Direkt Beach Front Condo sover bekvämt 6 (kan möjligen rymma upp till 8) med följande:

- Master-svit med en king size-säng och 42 ”HD-platt-TV (med direkt tillgång till balkongen)
- 2: a sovrummet med king size-säng och 39 ”HD-platt-TV
- Tredje sovrummet med en inbyggd tvillingstorleksäng över en fullstor säng och 32 ”HD-platt-TV
- Vardagsrum bäddsoffa med drottning utdragbar och 60 ”HD-platt-TV (med direkt tillgång till balkongen)
- Alla TV-apparater har HD-kabelboxar (programmering) också.
- Ingen rökning och inga husdjur tillåtna.
- Vi har HD-TV-apparater tillsammans med HD-kabelboxar (programmering) för alla TV-apparater i min enhet.

Sunrise Beach Condominium ligger precis vid stranden med spektakulär utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och de socker vita sandstränderna i Panama City Beach. Byggnaden är 24 våningar hög med 11 enheter per våning förutom 5: e våningen där följande byggnadsfaciliteter finns:

Huvudpoolen på cirka 2 100 kvm. (uppvärmd säsongsmässigt) är på östra sidan av poolen däck

En mindre pool på 1 670 kvadratmeter ligger på västra sidan av pooldäcket

Ett barns vattenlekområde, "svampen" är mellan de två poolerna

Två badtunnor på östra och västra sidan av pooldäck

Vetter mot huvudpoolen och med utsikt över viken finns det ett gym på 2000 kvm med konditionsträning (stationära cyklar och löpband) och fri viktutrustning. Gymmet är utrustat med platt-TV.

Vetter mot den västra poolen och med utsikt över viken, finns ett klubbhus på 1860 kvm med ett kök med apparater i full storlek.

Ett rum med en storbilds-TV med ett surroundljudsystem - perfekt för familjefilmer eller sportkvällar

Great place!

Great location to be in the middle of it all at Panama City Beach! Owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. Condo size was just enough and the views are spectacular! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Easter vacation at PCB

We visited PCB to see our family that just moved to Tyndall Air Force Base. We loved our nine days that we stayed at 1604 sunrise it is close to everything we wanted to do and see. We also loved the private beach, the pools and the hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again. we had one hiccup and the property owners immediately helped on Easter Sunday of all days. Thanks again to the owners.

Best condo experience

This condo is amazing. We have stayed PCB five winters and this was our best experience. The owners went out of their way to have items available that were useful and way above what you would expect. The owners were responsive to all of our questions which actually very few as they anticipated all of our needs. Look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic Condo

We highly recommend this beautiful condo! It was very clean and included so many things that were very useful for our stay. The condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pools were absolutely amazing and spacious! You will appreciate having a parking garage underneath for easy access as well! We would love to stay here again!

Great location and condo was awesome!!!

You can't beat the location. Within walking distance of at least 3 beach bars/restaurants. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. I would highly recommend. The owners respond almost immediately via e-mail. We didn't need anything during our stay...the communication was pre/post trip via e-mail.

AMAZING!!!

The property was beautiful in pictures but breath taking in person! Great high ceilings made it feel so large and spacious. Absolutely beautiful decor and top notch furnishings! The Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. The Beds were the best I have ever slept on in a vacation property! The view was spectacular and with the large balcony it was comfortable for my whole family! And last, but certainly not least, the owners were such a pleasure to rent from! Thanks for a truly AMAZING week!

Owner was superior to work with! Emailed and called me back right away! Very helpful and nice!!! Kitchen was labeled and had everything you could think of!! They even had hooks up in the shower to hang your wet bathing suits!!! And the four chairs and umbrella were amazing!!! Thanks so much for putting so much thought into your condo!!!

Memorable overall stay

We stayed in this unit for the month of Feb. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and had some extras and personal touches that weren't expected. The owners always responded promptly to our communications and were very accommodating. My daughter and her family stayed with us for a few days, and I asked them for comments. They all said "loved it." So, if all of us in the age range from 11-85 were satisfied, this unit warrants 5 stars.

Harold was the best, always quick with all my questions. He treated my family and I very well. They had to do maintenance on the complex and had to shut off the water. Harold was super about the situation and had 2 cases of water to our room.

Great unit, but the elevator situation is terrible

We enjoyed pretty much everything about our stay EXCEPT that the elevators continually broke down. Imagine having to walk up/down 16 floors multiple times per day...or wait 30+ minutes for an elevator.

A Wonderful Stay

This unit is exactly as pictured. Overlooking the Gulf it is tranquil and quiet. The condo is appointed very well and is a joy to visit as a guest. We had a few visitors over the time we were in residence and everyone enjoyed their time. The inclusion of the beach service is a wonderful addition. The convenience of the location allows you to walk to restaurants and shops along Front Beach Road -- although Panama City Beach would not get the highest walkability index due to poor infrastructure (sidewalks, etc.). We enjoyed our time, the hosts were responsive to any questions we had, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a well appointed condo in a building with lots of wonderful amenities.

Just a wonderful for our family of 4

The overall experience at this place was wonderful.. The owners were very responsive and super polite. The accommodations at this place were fantastic. Very clean, nicely decorated, great sleeping arrangements, I could go on and on. This was perfect for our family. Overall resort experience: we went on a holiday week - 4th of July. Expect to wait for elevators or have 1-2 pass by full. It is what it is with a place this size. The bottom floor will be damp and hot from folks coming in from the beach. It comes with the territory. Both of the above are not in control of the property managers, but you should be aware. Highly recommend this place and these property managers.

wonderful experience

Our family just spent a wonderful vacation here. First of all, the unit is very clean and beautifully decorated. The unit is very kid friendly, furniture is new and sturdy. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo! The decorations are "beachy" and very tasteful. The beds were so comfortable, which is rare on vacation. The owners are wonderful to deal with. They called upon arrival to see if there is anything we needed. They are accessible and followed up with me upon leaving to make sure we had a good vacation. The beach chairs were so useful, 4 chairs total. They have taken time to label light switches, useful contact numbers, etc. The weather was excellent and we really enjoyed the heated pool during spring break. It was truly a wonderful trip and would love to rent this unit again upon return!

After numerous months of searching, we came across what our realtor called 'the hidden gem'. Sunrise Beach had everything we were looking for in a beachfront complex.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love Sunrise Beach Resort for numerous reasons. It has the most breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room. The floor plan is what made us choose this condo. It has a nice size gulf front master Suite. It is directly on the gulf, just as we all love. The parking is under the building, so there are no bridges to cross with luggage and groceries. Sunrise is less than a mile from Pier Park and is close to Frank Brown Park, but it is still on the quieter end of the beach. Our exercise room is one of the best on the beach with Pool and Gulf views.
