We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The ocean views were absolutely beautiful, and you really can't beat being right on the beach! Having beach chairs included was such a nice bonus and made it so easy to just walk out, relax, and enjoy the day without having to worry about bringing anything extra.Jen was absolutely wonderful! She was easy to communicate with, very helpful, and shared some great recommendations for the area. What really stood out to us was how thoughtful she was when Hurricane Isaias became a concern. That kind of consideration and genuine concern for her guests means so much and really speaks to the type of host she is.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book with Jen again. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and the views were incredible! It truly felt like a home away from home.Jen was an amazing host. She was so friendly, responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay, making everything so easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book this condo again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Great location!

We do a family vacation every year and stay at different condos. This has by far been the best we have stayed at. Very clean, great staff, and the perfect room! We will definitely come again!

Fabulous Condo, Wonderful Stay

Overall, this is a spectacular Condo. Its beautiful, functional, well supplied and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds and sheets were great and everything worked as advertised.

This condo is amazing! It has the best views of the ocean, only steps to the water, has every amenity you could need and the beds and furniture are nice and comfy! The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Also very clean and updated! We didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and amazing views. Easy communication with the host, she made sure we had everything and let us know to contact her if we needed anything. We love the location, the elevators are never slow or too crowded and the beach and pool area are quiet and not crowded either. Very family friendly, especially since we were there for spring break. Looking forward to booking in the future.

Best Unit We Have Ever Rented

This unit is to die for !!! Gorgeous view, comfortable living space, plenty of room for a family to gather. The unit is very clean, well furnished and had everything that we needed for the week.

Great Place to Stay

This may be the best condo we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. This condo is decorated and maintained to high standards. Jen made booking easy and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The only thing we didn't like, was we were not able to stay longer. Thanks Jen for sharing your place.

Best Condo on the Beach

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this by far was the absolute best condo we ever stayed in. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had so much room for all of our family and it was so open and clean! The owners were the absolute best to work with…communicated with us about everything from the moment we booked! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Such a relaxing place to stay! The views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean&spacious, and the condo is decorated beautifully! We really enjoyed our stay here (so much so this was actually our second time staying here!) &we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future! Jen is such a great host! She was super helpful and accommodating! If you are considering booking here, DO IT, you won't regret it!

Best Stay Ever!

This property is absolutely phenomenal! The pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, clean, and bright, this place exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing and it’s right on the beach. We enjoyed spacious pool and had no trouble with easy parking. Jen was amazing to work with and communicated and answered all of our questions. We only wished we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be booking this property again!

BEAUTIFUL!!

The condo was amazing! Comfy beds and furniture. Also very clean. The view is amazing!! The resort is very convenient for families. Easy access from parking lot to elevators. Easy access from pool to beach. We visit Panama City twice a year and have been doing so for years. This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at.

Gorgeous Unit

We have stayed in different units within this building for the last 7 years, and 1701 is by far the best one. It was impeccably clean and fully stocked with the essentials and beyond. The beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows is unmatched. The owner maintained excellent communication, and we can’t wait to book here again in the future!

5 stars isn’t enough. AMAZING!!

Everything about this listing is perfect. Immaculate condo that looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Although the images don’t fully do justice to the view from the full wall of windows looking out over the gulf. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions, even suggested local favorites to eat. We are already planning our return trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Great property, everything we expected

My wife and I decided last minute to bring in the New Year at the beach, not anticipating a cold front. Since we weren't able to hang at the beach, we were forced to hang in the condo. We enjoyed every minute there, the place had everything we needed and a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed the fresh remodel and the nice kitchen. If you are looking for a really nice, clean two bedroom, this is definitely the place for you.

This house was easily one of the most beautiful units we have ever stayed in at the beach. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and well laid out. Our group had room to spread out and stay comfy. The massive floor to ceiling windows really put you “on” the beach. The balcony was perfect to enjoy the cool air and sounds of the ocean at night. The grounds were very well kept and constantly patrolled by the property managers. The parking lot was very nice, well lit, and quiet. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The owner was incredibly nice, prompt, and quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Even better than it seems

Sometimes with pictures, you aren't sure what you are going to get. This property far exceeded expectations in all ways. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The host was amazing to work with as well providing some really great recommendations in the area for families. The pool and beach areas were flawless as well and the residents and other guests were very courteous. You can book this property and then relax knowing that everything is going to be great.

The view makes it hard to leave!

From the moment you open the door to this condo located on the top floor of the building, you are immediately drawn to the view. Wow. It's even worthy of our teenagers doing a tik tok dance with that as their background! We were all very comfortable (3 adults, 3 kids); enjoyed the condo for cooking and eating in one night, spent time in the heated community pool and hot tub, and it's close to lots of activities and restaurants. You will enjoy your stay here too.
