Waterfront Vacation Paradise !!! Det här är den platsen du har letat efter. En miljon dollar utsikt över huvudkanalen i Lake Barkley. Det enda bättre är att koppla av på uteplatserna och titta på de vackra solnedgångarna. Du är mitt i allt utomhus. Gå ut och gör allt: båtliv, fiske, vandring, jakt, bad, etc. eller bara luta dig tillbaka och koppla av och titta från det bästa stället på sjön.

Det nyligen renoverade (2012) huset vid vattnet ligger i ett ganska grannskap på en bluff med utsikt över östra stränderna mellan land mellan sjöarna. Gården har skugga träd, blommor, fågelhus, flaggstång och gunga. Uteplatser med 2 bord / stolar, gunga, kolgrill och eldstad. Konkret uppfart med parkering för 2 fordon och 2 båtvagnar. Carport för bil / båt eller användning som täckt veranda. Två sovrum (1 drottning, 1 full storlek), vardagsrum (elektrisk eldstad, soffa (gör hela sängen)), kärleksstol, bäddsoffa med rulla, fullt utrustat kök och 1 1/2 badrum med allt du behöver. Tvättrummet har tvättmaskin, torktumlare och extra kylskåp.

Cozy with great views

Very much enjoyed our stay. Vicki is a fantastic host and was very informative about things do and see. Also the home is very well stocked. We didnt have the best weather, but the home has great views over the lake from inside. This was our first trip to the area but a return trip is likely in the future.

Our Go-to Getaway

This was our second time staying here with our family of 6. The host was easy to communicate with, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love the view of the lake from the house, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Well Appointed Lake House

Everything you need was provided (comfy bed and good showerhead are important to us) to have a relaxing stay while enjoying the view. Didn't do any fishing this time, but maybe next tlme

Relaxing gettaway

A quiet relaxing place to stay with no frills or luxuries. A little too far off the beaten path. Second bedroom was very small for the other couple. However the lake views were awesome. Our time on the patio were very valuable. I would recommend this property to a couple looking for a quiet retreat.

Beautiful view on the lake.

We could have sat on the back porch overlooking the lake forever. So serene. We enjoyed all the little critters so much. We saw a rabbit, a chipmunk, a squirrel, a lizard, humming birds, and fireflies. On the drive in we saw lots of deer and later on a wild turkey! It was wonderful. The cabin felt so homey and had everything we could possibly need. Vicki was so sweet to chat with and responded quickly to every question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

We have stayed at many VRBOs and this house was by far the best place we’ve ever rented. It’s more than advertised and the owner was super nice and friendly. We will definitely try to get back there.

wonderful cabin

From early morning sitting on the porch watching the birds, and the boats go by, to the night enjoying the sunset there is no better place than this cabin on Lake Barkley. Cabin was well stocked with essentials and very clean. And very quiet. Vicky was helpful and easy to contact. Great place for wonderful get away.

Relaxing with a beautiful view

This home was clean, and perfect for having coffee while relaxing out back with a beautiful view. There is a restaurant a mile and a half down the road called The Fishing Hole. The grilled chicken was yummy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return again sometime.

A great place for peace

Spectacular channel view property was well maintained and is even nicer than the pictures show. The owners had everything you could possibly need and were in constant communication which was wonderfully informative and eager to help in any way if you should need it living only a few miles away. It Is What It Is

This property on Lake Barkley has pretty much everything it claims to have. The neighborhood is good, views are beautiful, and accommodations are as listed and described. We did enjoy our stay and thought the place was a good value. FYI: The half bath is really a toilet and sink in the laundry room which is located in the carport. The (unidentified) entrance door to that room was stuck so bad I thought it was locked. The toilet and sink are convenient to the patio, but not the bedrooms late at night. Everything we used seemed to be clean, but the claim of "everything you need" did not include a bar of bath soap or body wash. There were, however, at least six sets of salt/pepper shakers, and several spices, but no condiments or coffee except for instant decaf. TV in the main room was well equipped. Generally, the property seems well serviced for day-to-day rentals, but seems as though nobody is responsible for the place's long term building maintenance or improvement of the external features such as patio surfaces, fence repair, and corroded cedar shingle siding. ALSO, FYI, there is no (visible or obvious) house number to match the address given, so you might be a bit confused at first. The photo online is accurate enough to make the connection, but the mailbox next to the driveway must belong to someone else. All in all, we were satisfied with the place at that price, and I would not discourage anyone from going there; just don't expect more than adequate.
