Njut av ljudutsikt och solnedgångar över Kitty Hawk Bay! Detta är en 1 bed 1 badrum gäst lägenhet ansluten till vårt hem med privat ingång, privat badrum, privat uteplats och privat bostadsyta. Nybyggd 2017. Det finns en utedusch tillgänglig för gäster, extra pullout soffa, fri tillgång till cyklar, WiFi och täckt parkering under vårt hus.

Centralt beläget på OBX i Kill Devil Hills. 3 minuters bilresa till gratis offentlig tillgång till stranden och detta är ett underbart område för cykling. Fri tillgång till cyklar finns på begäran. Det finns en sund front strandpromenad att cykla ner, Wright Brothers Monument är en 5 minuters cykel bort, och många av våra favoritrestauranger är cykelavstånd från vårt hus.

Deras är en båt ramp 1 mil bort att du kan ladda kajaker eller små båtar i ljudet. Detta ljud är väldigt skyddat och ett utmärkt ställe för vattensporter.

Wonderful place, only wish we didn't have to be away so much because the area is beautiful and allowing us to use the kayaks & bicycles was a wonderful bonus to enjoy it all. We hope to come back to relax & spend more time there.

Great location and property!

Lovely little apartment with a great view of the sound! Less than 5 minutes away from a public access beach! So many places to eat and do! Owners were very nice and communicated well! Thanks again for letting us stay!

Great getaway for two

The view was amazing! The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was no door on the bedroom which wasn’t an issue for us, but just something to keep in mind depending on who you’re staying with. The host was easily reached and very accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had a great time!

Fantastic Place!

This little place is perfect for an escape to the Outer Banks! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Access to the bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrella make the stay even better. Eddie is a very responsive and accommodating host and has helpful suggestions if you need them. I highly recommend this rental!

Bikinig, hiking, kayaking, and beach getaway

We very much appreciated staying in this space with its wonderful view of the sound. Every sunset was beautiful, as was the weather in April. We enjoyed biking on the paved trails, hiking in Nags Head Wood Preserve, and walking on the nearby beach. We also enjoyed using the new two-person kayak which Eddie put into the water for us. It was a wonderful visit and we would enjoy doing it again sometime.

Great place to stay

Our third stay here was as delightful as our first. The property is perfectly located in central OBX with close access to beach, Roanoke Island, several nature preserves and most of the shopping areas. We have appreciated and enjoyed the clean, attractive and luxurious interior of this apartment. Everything we need is provided with an eye to quality. Bikes and kayaks are a bonus feature. The host has been quite helpful over the years. We are looking forward to another stay here.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We wanted to get away from the everyday Hussle and this was the perfect place. First time coming to OBX and left an amazing lasting impression on us. Host was amazing, perfect communication, clean and cozy place. The doc was kind of scary but we're not used to it. Just over all peaceful and quiet gorgeous neighborhood. Everyone was nice yet no one bothers you. Plenty of things to do close by and some great restaurants.to. we loved our stay!

Get - A- Way

MY wife and i enjoyed everything about this place. Quiet, location to our favorite restaurants, and the bike trail that we used 4 days out of five. In the evening we binged on free netflex. A service we do not have access at home. Look forward to coming here again.

Cozy beautiful place

We visited for a long weekend and the place was perfect for my wife and I. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful views of the sound. Enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. Would stay here again.

We bought this property for the amazing sound views over the Albemarle Sound. The sun sets over the marsh and there is lots of wildlife to view while enjoying coffee or drinks on the back porches.
