Summary:
This newly renovated ocean front retreat sleeps 4 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a fully stocked kitchen (Permit #251086). Enjoy two ocean-view balconies, a private backyard with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Located directly across from Twin Lakes State Beach and just a short walk to the Santa Cruz Harbor, restaurants, and more!

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests
- 2 bedrooms - 1 Cal King bed, 2 XL Twin beds
- 2 bathrooms
- There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway and free parking available on the street. Keep in mind the house is located on a heavily trafficked street, so a street parking spot directly in front of the home may be tough to come by.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard w/ hot tub hard plumbed gas grille and outdoor shower
- 2 ocean view balconies with outdoor seating overlooking the harbor entrance and lighthouse
-There an Electric Bike share system just around the corner that can be used with the BCycl APP.
-Heated towel rack in master bathroom

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage, which is reserved for owner's storage.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- The home is located in a lively beachside area, so you may hear some road noise and the sounds of people enjoying the nearby shore, especially during peak times.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
