Central location. Can walk to Chad's for breakfast.

Overall, a nice property. Off street parking in the rear of unit was nice also. I was there with my brother to see family. I'd stay there again for sure. Not in love with the shower / tub as struggling with being surrounded by shower curtains was not that great. That's a minor point however. The other nice points about the property far outweighed the shower curtain issue. We had a minor issue with the drain in the bathroom sink and Ian responded right away. Thank you Ian!

Everything was as expected. Landlord stayed in communication and we were able to check in early. Always appreciated. Would recommend this unit if visiting Santa Barbara.

SB Vacation

We came down for an anniversary party. We had a great weekend. The vocational rental was great. Close walk to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay at Ian's apartment in Santa Barbara. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The offstreet parking and laundry facilities were very handy. The photos of the apartment are accurate and if anything, it felt lighter and more spacious than we were expecting. The location is fantastic, especially if like us, you're only staying in SB for a short time. It's in a lovely neighbourhood and is within easy walking distance to pickup groceries, the funk zone, downtown, the beaches and the pier.

An absolute jewel close to everything

We loved this charming, clean and comfortable home. Parked our car and walked daily to the beach, shops and Funk Zone. Quiet and pretty neighborhood. Truly relaxing.

What a cute place! Beautiful landscaping, lovely furniture & decor, well equipped kitchen, updated laundry, incredibly comfortable beds, and parking! Walking distance to both the beach and state street. You can't beat this place

Convenient unit, with everything we need for a short trip

It was a quite comfortable 4-night stay. The owner, Ian, was very responsive and welcoming. He even gave us a list of close-by restaurants. The unit has a much more family-friendly environment compared to a hotel room.

Great SB Spot

Clean place location exactly as described. Walkable to most things you could want but on a quiet street. Detailed check in instructions were sent several days prior to arrival and everything went smoothly. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

I booked this spot for my sister bachelorette. It was perfect! Clean, good location, easy to walk to anything, cute, spacious. Parking it’s tight, but luckily we made friends with the renters above us and it worked out. Definitely would book again!

Santa Barbara Rental

My wife, two grown kids, and I stayed here last weekend, and could not have been happier. The property exceeded all our expectations. The vibe, inside and out, was pure Santa Barbara-esque! Working with Ian was a real pleasure, he was super responsive and chill! The property was immaculate and well appointed. The location was fantastic, easy short, walk to harbor, State Street, the Funk Zone. Do not hesitate to rent here!!

Charming Old California home minutes away from State St and many local attractions. Owners were quick to respond, gave detailed instructions for check-in/out. Off street parking made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood.

This is the perfect place for a Santa Barbara getaway for a small family or friends trip. Short walk to the beach, State Street, the Funk Zone and more! Nice quiet neighborhood, off street parking and so much charm! We will be back for sure!!

Amazing condo steps from everything!

My family and I loved this property. It is a beautifully maintained residence, and doesn't feel like a rental. It is located only a few streets from the beach, state street, and the Funk Zone. We will definitely stay here again.
