This clean recently renovated, `shotgun style` single family home on Burdette Street, in the Uptown/South Carrollton neighborhood is within walking distance of the Streetcar, Great Restaurants, Bars, Grocery, Tulane University, Loyola University, Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo, St. Charles Street, Mississippi River and minutes to Ocshner Medical Center.
Please note that this is a partially walkthrough home. The first bedroom is a walkthrough bedroom and connects the front living room to the rest of the house. The second bedroom is completely independent and private.
Stretching from St. Charles Avenue to Spruce Street, the East Carrollton New Orleans neighborhood is filled with narrow streets, raised cottages, townhouse-style architecture, and a few touches of art deco here and there. A 1920s inspired vibe fills the area, which is home to a wide variety of places to drink, dine, and shop.

Streetcar is only 3 blocks away.
Home is near a corner so plenty of parking in front or on the side of home.
