Sea Oats Condominium ligger i Gulf Shores, bara 3 mil väster om 'T' på motorväg 59. Det är ett lugnt område med låg densitet i Gulf Shores. Komplexet expanderar över 7 tunnland av fastigheter som ligger på Little Lagoon med en aktad strandtillgång som korsar en låg trafik, tvåfelts väg. Sea Oats erbjuder 50 båtslipp, privat båtlansering, fiskebryggor, 2 lusthus, picknickområden med grillar, två pooler i olympisk storlek och täckt parkering. Sea Oats är ett bra ställe att ta med familjen och Wave-löpare!

Rummen är rymliga med en king size-säng i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet. Soffan omvandlas till en queen size-säng. Köket är fullt utrustat för att tillgodose alla dina matlagningsbehov. Enheten erbjuder även en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Tv med kabel finns i huvudrummet och båda sovrummen. Från balkongen har enheten utsikt över poolen.

Sea Oats är en fantastisk destination för familjen att semestra. Det är tyst och har en avkopplande strandatmosfär. Det finns gott om vit sand och vackra vatten för att erbjuda din familj en flip / flopping god tid. Glöm inte din fiskestång!

Getaway to Beach

Had amazing time with family. Loved being able to bring our pet. Lovely Lagoon. Host answered all our questions and will definitely come back. We had easy access to beach.

Best of Both Worlds

Nice, comfortable unit located between beach and lagoon. Walk to the beach or launch your watercraft in the from the dock backside. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and had two very well kept pools. The property was very peaceful and we loved being able to have access to the downstairs storage room for all our beach stuff!

Spring Break 2024

This is the perfect location for a spring break getaway. Something for everyone! Fishing on the bay side, beach right across the street, 2 pools to choose from and still close enough to enjoy all the food and shops in town. We had an amazing time.

Perfect Relaxation

Totally the best of both worlds staying at this property. Beach is just a short walk away and also an amazing covered boat dock with a picnic table to enjoy a relaxing sunset. Property is located in a very quiet area in Gulf Shores.

Quiet beach get away

Our vacation was excellent thanks to the easy check in process and quiet area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex and beach area are family friendly. It was the perfect place to get away for a few days.

Beautiful House and Incredibly Accommodating

We were very happy with our stay at Sea Oats. Dan was extremely helpful, communicative, and, most importantly, accommodating our needs during our trip. He quickly answered any questions we had and even recommended several places to visit, get groceries, or eat at while we were there. We will be returning in the future if we have the chance.

We loved the condo and location!

We loved staying in Dan's condo! We would definitely recommend staying here! It is nicely decorated, and right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Our friends who were staying in a different unit at Sea Oats commented how nice Dan's condo is compared to the one they had rented.

Fall break

Our fall vacation at Gulf Shores was wonderful. Dan was a great host and check in was seamless. The condo was clean , well maintained and furnished nicely with everything you need .

Cute, Clean, Comfortable

Nice location, great accommodations, friendly and responsive host. It was easy to Uber to bars and restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Incredible beach sunsets.

Great Location and Dan is very responsive.

Very nice location. Dan responds to messages right away. The property and pool are very nice and so close to the beach. My husband loved having a fishing dock and cleaning station. We will stay here again!

Comfortable and budget friendly

We had a great experience staying here in April of 2023. It is an older condo development but the unit was comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. It was perfect for what we needed with 3 kids and a dog.
