Stains all over the carpet and horrible smell from the plug in air freshener in the wall that was trying to mask the actual smell of the place. Ants in the master bath, the stove only had 3 working burners, and the living tv wouldn’t show anything but a blue screen (and yes I tried to fix the tv and everything we did didn’t work) Wouldn’t recommend staying in this unit until the carpets are ripped out and tile floors are put down. I contacted the host at least 3 times with promises for maintenance to come by and no shows every time.

We enjoyed our stay. We understand this was pet friendly but the fabric furniture needs some attention. It needed to be cleaned or replaced.

A little "Piece of Paradise"

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. All of the people that we met including the grounds and maintenance men were very friendly. My husband really enjoyed fishing from the lagoon and the beach with a private walk way made it seem more secluded. We stayed for 2 weeks in October and are considering returning for the winter. We loved it.

Great stay

This property is great! Short walk to the beach. Not a lot of traffic passing on road where you need to cross to access beach.

Lovely condo

Very clean, good selection of amemities, plenty of space for me and my 2 teen boys, and right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacay Location

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your trip. It's a home away from home! It is so close to the beach and a quick walk to the pier for fishing. The pools are really nice and clean. They are big and seldom over crowded. This is one of our favorite places to stay.

A ball at the beach!

Just the Ticket

This provided the perfect getaway for my spouse and myself (along with our 2 ankle-biting puppies) as we were able to take a break from our cold Michigan weather.We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach across the street. I can see us doing this again next year.
