Exceptional Accomodation

We have been using VRBO for many years, so we’ve had all kinds of experiences renting houses. This house was definitely one we would recommend and stay at again. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and large enough to swim laps uneven! Jim was attentive but not intrusive and was a tremendously organized owner. Wonderful Home With Fabulous Pool

We've had numerous lengthy stays at this special home, equipped with eveything you'll need. The owner is immediately responsive to any questions. We especially enjoy the large, well maintained and nicely heated pool and the attached spa. The home is in a great location near numerous great restaurants and activities. We love it so much we keep coming back for more!

Beautiful Pool

We enjoyed our stay! House was clean and you don’t have to worry about needing extra towels, or toiletries. Plenty of extras! They offer pool rafts and other items for the pool! We loved the pool! Plenty of room and the bathrooms are huge! House is big so you have a little privacy too with one bedroom at opposite end of the house. We were close to everything. Several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores near. Hiking areas and Zoo not far. My only complaint would be the set restriction on thermostat. We were fine but felt like it could be a few degrees cooler in the house There isn’t a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but I slept fine. There is a mobile unit in the master to help keep it cool. Very nice place to stay.

Southwest Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this house while we all got reacquainted with Arizona after about 10 years. My mother went to ASU and my grandparents lived in Phoenix for many years. In addition, we attended a conference in Desert Ridge. Our stay was comfortable, and easier due to our choice to stay here. This house was our hub for visiting many areas in Arizona from Saguaro to Sedona. We would look to stay here again if visiting Phoenix.

Exactly what we needed.

This amazing home had everything including a beautiful layout, a fantastic heated pool WITH a hot tub and a wonderful inviting outdoor area. The owner provided all the information that we needed for our stay and when a question came up, he was very easy to contact and quick to respond! We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing house and nice location, close to everything, easy to reach highways. Close to all great golf courses, grocery store, etc Our host provided all info needed before and during the trip, always available to help and answer questions we had. House was perfect with a terrific garden with spa & pool. We spent a lot of time on patio for all meals, each spaces were very clean. I strongly recommend this house if you want to stay around Phoenix/Scottsdale/Carefree

Comfortable, nice house

This property was very nice. We selected this places because there’s a pool and a spa. Everything was clean and ready for us. I loved the Chinese decorations inside the house. The check in process was super easy. Jim was a great communicator the whole time making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. He even texted me to tell me a dust storm is coming and to bring in any pool floats. The area is very nice and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! 😀

Another perfect stay

We have been staying here every year since 2013 ( minus COVID years 2020 & 2021) The property is clean airy comfortable and spacious . The pool is fantastic and the location good. Jim is the perfect host ( there when you need him, whilst being attentive and considerate the rest of the time.) We will be back next year

Spectacular Scottsdale Home

Superlatives galore for describing this fantastic property. We thoroughly enjoyed a lengthy stay and regard this home as our luxury home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, has a lovely patio and an incredible heated pool and spa. Great location near numerous fine restaurants and activities at Desert Ridge and Kierland Mall. The owner, Jim, is incredibly prompt in responding if there are any questions. Wonderful peaceful desert getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Excellent location and quiet neighborhood. It was evident that the owner was very meticulous in keeping up his home. Communication was terrific. If I could give this property and host more than 5’s I would. Great location, excellent pool and house with everything you can possibly need or want. Jim was always available and responded quickly. I just can’t save enough about this property. I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.
