Experience all the great amenities of this property by renting the main house only, featuring 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 vacationers. The guest house in the back can be added for a total of 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 vacationers and is called Jersey Girl!
Jersey Gal features tasteful coastal-themed dcor throughout that prioritizes guest comfort. Its gourmet kitchen and open floor plan are inviting family gatherings.
Start your day at the breakfast bar and pick one of the many options for a great dinner together. The large table on the balcony offers alfresco style or dine pool side in the covered area.
Boasting over 1500 square feet of outdoor living in a secluded poolside setting, enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Explore the various pool side areas where you can relax on sun loungers, catch up with family by the premium quality adirondacks or hang out in the covered sitting corner and watch some sports. Play a round of pool or have a Connect Four competition!
Conveniently located just a block away from Anna Maria's Pine Avenue, guests have easy access to fabulous shopping and dining options. Moreover, the Gulf or Bay Beaches, situated at each end of Spring Avenue, are within a short stroll. For those who prefer an active retreat, various rental options such as bikes, golf carts, GoPeds, and mopeds are available, allowing visitors to explore the tropical paradise hassle-free.
Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours. The Gulf Coast of Anna Maria boasts exceptional fishing opportunities, with two fishing piers and numerous charter captains available for hire.

The living room opens to the large balcony with outdoor dining which overlooks the pool area. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas. Other features include pool table, connect 4, an outdoor shower and gas grill.
There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.
Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
