Your HOME ON THE ISLAND comes with your own private pool and spacious backyard ideal for a family getaway. 1 block from Wana Wana Beach bar and restaurant. This 1st floor of a Duplex offers convenience and tranquility with a convenience store across the street for all your needs. Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with two queen beds. And there is a second bathroom with a shower.STR#2023-1985 Modern and updated with roomy bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen for 6 guests Guests have full and private access to a 2 bedroom 2 bath ,fully stocked kitchen, living area and dinner seating for 8. You will have 2 private parking spaces just steps from your door. You also will have a gated private back yard for your enjoyment with a pool, barbecue and plenty of chairs to lounge, oh yes a nice large picnic table also. My spouse and I are always nearby to answer any questions or concerns. My husband and I have worked in the hospitality and service industry all our lives so we love people but totally respect your privacy also. Just let us know ahead or when you arrive if there is anything that will make your stay more comfortable. Many restaurants and shops all nearby. Great spot to walk to a convenience store for anything including fresh cooked fajitas or breakfast tacos made while you wait, beer, soda, snacks and any incidentals you might have forgot .You are 1 Block from the BEACH and the well known Wana Wana beach restaurant and bar. We have 2 free parking spaces just steps from your door. There is a free bus that takes you to all the popular spots that stops at the end of the block.

I love South Padre Island, Texas. Your vacation home is just a block from the beach and a beach-side restaurant. Everything is close by. Every Friday & Saturday night, fireworks displays take place at 9:20 p.m. An art stroll is held on the first Friday of each month. Morning beach sunrises to dining on the bay at sunset. The ocean breeze, marine life, turtles, dolphins, and birds.

We have one of the most affordable houses for what it offers. A Private Pool and Backyard, complete with two BBQ: one gas grill and the other a charcoal grill and just 1 block from the beach.
