HUVUDVÅNING
Huvudfunktionen i detta hem är den otroliga utsikten från balkongen på bottenvåningen. Den obegränsade utsikten över Lake Dillon är hisnande och på en klar dag kommer du att se Gray och Tory's Peaks, Breckenridge, Keystone och en bred slinga i Rocky Mountain Gore Range. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och eget badrum med dubbla fåfänga. Det andra sovrummet har en queen murphy säng och tvilling rulla säng. Det andra badrummet har dörrar som öppnar för andra sovrummet och atrium vid ytterdörren. I vardagsrummet finns en öppen spis, massor av fönster och välvda tak och öppnar det välutrustade köket. Det finns en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i köket.

Clean and comfortable condo in great location

The condo was real clean and worked well for our needs. The listing is just as described and the location was great for our ski trip. We will keep this one on our short list for future visits to the area.

This was a great place to stay. The property was accurately described, and had just about everything we needed. We had one minor issue the first night we got there, but had great communication with the property manager and the issue was solved in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a well taken care of, nice place to stay!

Lakeside Condo - The Perfect Choice

This condo is perfectly situated and has incredible mountain and lake views. 5 minutes from Frisco and 10 minutes from Dillon. Very close to 5 ski resorts. We have stayed here in summer and winter and there are many activities to enjoy here in all seasons. Humidifiers would have been nice to make sleeping in the very dry climate easier but otherwise we were very pleased. The condo is very nicely furnished.

Outstanding!

Absolutely wonderful stay! This is a prime location, quiet, away from the crowds and the wind on the other side of the lake, yet so close to everything we needed, groceries, restaurants, etc. The view from the balcony is so beautiful, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Such a short drive or even a walk to put our kayaks in the water. Truly just across the road. So perfect! The place was super clean and seemed to be newly renovated. New appliances, floors, bathrooms, comfortable beds. Exactly as described and pictured. The only suggestion is to have an orientation book available with maps of the area, where to put trash, suggestions to work the appliances, etc. The code for the hot tubs didn't work. I highly recommend this location! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful views and room to spread out

The view of the mountains was incredible. This complex is high above the busy road but it didn't interrupt our sleep....just a low, consistent din. This is a top floor, end unit. We heard no noise from other units....it was very quiet. This was the perfect configuration for my husband and me (Master en suite....comfy bed but we do wish it were a king - the queen was pretty cramped.), four teen girls (Murphy queen bed and two twins en suite room), and two teen boys (Queen loft with en suite...plenty of room for the blow up twin we brought). Small but functional kitchen. Having two ovens was a bonus and helped us cook 8 pizzas quickly. Linens were good and plentiful. Travel size soaps, shampoo, etc. were provided. Multiple hot tubs on site were great...just a short walk through the parking lot. We'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the sweeping lake and mountain views from the large deck.

Ski weekend

Location good for multiple ski locations and just a very short drive in Frisco. . Listing is wrong- the master bed is a queen not a king. This impacted our stay as this was a mom and teenage kid ski weekend (2 families) the bed was small to share with my teenage daughter. Kitchen amenities were great- there were left over condiments available… we are always fine with this. If you are too, check what’s there before you grocery shop and then pay it forward. The fireplace didn’t work- I alerted management and they submitted a work order but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The condo has a lake view but it is not lake front- there is a busy road between condo and lake and the traffic noise in the master bedroom is significant. The hot tub was dirty and my teens wouldn’t even use. Parking easy and entry easy even with gear. Would stay again with a smaller group- we had 6 total.

Beautiful view, excellent location

Very well situated, well-supplied condo with easy access to Frisco grocery stores, restaurants, shopping.. There is a beautiful view looking out over Lake Dillon. However, it also overlooks a highway which generates noise. It was not a problem during our stay, as the temperatures were low and there was no need to open the sliders except to step out on the balcony and enjoy the view. Since there is no A/C, I would be reluctant to stay during summer. There is a garage but we did not have access to it. There is convenient outdoor parking directly across from the condo, though. In winter weather, the garage would be a nice amenity to have. We had to clean snow from the car one day, but not a big deal. We were a group of three adult family members, so the condo was perfect as we each had our own bedroom and bath. The galley kitchen had everything we needed except a cheese slicer. The one bedroom is a loft, so if you require absolute dark for sleeping, come prepared with an eye mask. There is good WiFi and cable TV, but no streaming service such as Netflix, as far as we could determine. There are many hiking trails within easy access of the condo, some within walking distance. We never drove more than 20 minutes to any trailhead and enjoyed all trails we took. If we plan another trip to the Frisco area (which is highly likely), we would definitely look into booking this unit again.

Home away from Home

Excellent property, clean, fully stocked, inviting decor, good beds, plenty of towels. Beautiful view. Had a humidifier in the master bedroom which i consider essential in Colorado. The bathrooms are a bit dated but saw new hardware that has not yet been installed. Well kept. Great layout. This time it was only my husband and I but this condo would do well with my whole family. Ease to get in and out of unit, only a few stairs to get to front door, parking outside, not covered but we did not get snow that week that we would have had to dig out. 3 hot tubs covered in a gazebo but only one open at a time. They are 1 min walk away from unit. I have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the few I would go back too. Great communication from the management, Todd and Vina!

Great Ski Mini Vacation

We sure enjoyed our Mini ski vacation with our older grandkids. The condo was beautifully decorated & very clean. The views were breathtaking. What we really enjoyed was the fact that every television operated correctly. We would definitely rent this condo again, I give it an excellent rating!

Ideal location for skiers. Ideal set up for families.

We travelled with our adult children and their boyfriend and girlfriend. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen is a bit cramped. We cook a lot but made do and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The view of Dillon Reservoir and Swan Mountain were incredible! 10 minutes to Copper and 20 mins. to A Basin, restaurants and groceries also very close by. It was a great stay!

Excellent location

Excellent location, spectacular views! Condo had everything we needed . We were there during Christmas break and a Covid outbreak so understand everywhere was short handed. That said, the hair in the tub and wrapping from previous guest was of Some concern about cleanliness. Also, the hot tub is communal in the center of all the condo’s. Overall we would stay again

Get away

View was beautiful! Very clean. Decor was perfect. There is NOT a king bed in the master as Vrbo lists. There also was no "tablet" on the table to give check out procedures as well as other info per the e-mails we were sent prior to the stay. Blinds in the loft bedroom were broken upon arrival. New blinds were in the closet waiting to be installed. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Great place to stay

The positive, a spectacular view and great location adjacent to Frisco and the highway, it was definitely as advertised. Negative - the unit was not cleaned properly before we arrived, the floors were so dirty our feet turned black and trash was left behind the door in the master bath. The upstairs window shades should be replaced and a screen door added in the living room.

Perfect Girls' Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our group of 4 adults! We all had a separate bed and more than enough space to relax. We even used the garage to keep our paddleboards inflated for two days of paddling fun. So fast and easy to get into Frisco to shop for souvenirs and enjoy the town.

Amazing view!

We loved this place in Frisco! It’s a great little town, great local hiking, and the view and the balcony were absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed and didn’t want to leave. Our two year old sat up in bed the second morning, looked out the balcony doors, and said “Wow!” We couldn’t describe it any better. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo. Very cramped kitchen but well stocked. Traffic noise is very noticeable with windows open and no screen on big slider brought in evening months. But the most beautiful view of lake Dillon I’ve ever seen

Fun setting for a weekend getaway with girlfriends

I stayed here for two nights with a group of girlfriends and we were very happy with our stay. The condo has a convenient layout, cute decor and is comfortable for hanging out. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony and walking across the street to walk along the lake. The kitchen is well stocked so worked out great for cooking and eating in. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the hot tub (there are 3 shared ones for the condo development) was closed due to COVID as of early September 2020 so we weren't able to use that amenity.
