Excellent beach front property! We had the best vacation being right on the water! Robert was so nice to work with, everything needed for the kitchen was available, the house was super clean and we loved the gift waiting for us on the counter! Can’t wait to be back!!!

The home was tidy, communication was great with the host, the beach is literally your backyard and you have views in two of the bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need. My family enjoyed a relaxing vacation here.

The house was so close to the beach which was good for the old people and my daughter with stage 4 cancer. The house fit our need perfectly and we all had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the grill too. Our host was great and was able to answer my questions. This year I was happy to see very little trash ( a bottle cap, balloon, straw) on the beach. It was clean and the water was really warm and inviting. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we will try to reserve the same house next year.

Great Week!!

"Sunset" was a perfect place for our family vacation!! We spent most of our time on the beach, but the house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

Wonderful place!

We loved the house! What made it extra special was they left a bottle of champagne and some incidentals that made our stay even more wonderful! I would recommend this place 10/10!!!

FABULOUS RENTAL

This is a fabulous unit - well located, beautiful upgrades and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/Dryer handy. Kids loved the bunks. We loved it so much, we're staying here three weeks next summer. My daughter forgot her Kindle and the Owner mailed it to her - such nice people!!!!! We've been coming to Holden Beach for a while and we'll be staying here!

The condo was well kept and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The photos reflected the appearance. You were good to work with. The location was superb. Though we did not use the bike, we did use the bogie board. Very much appreciate the welcome packet. Thank you!

Clean Property, Great Location, Attentive Owner

Easily the cleanest property we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect and you can't really hear the people at the unit above. Everything worked as expected and was well-maintained. We had a situation where we got locked out because a lock lost it's ability to take the code, and the owner was immediately responsive via text and drove three hours that very day to install a new one. Would definitely recommend.

Can't Wait To Go Back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset. Check-in was easy, it looks just like the photos online, it was very clean, & has a million dollar view! Our bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case at a rental, but we slept great every night. My only minor critique would be the small kitchen. We cooked a few nights & it was a tight squeeze. However, everything else was absolutely wonderful & would definitely not keep us from going back. We had 3 adults & 2 teenagers & everyone had plenty of space to be comfortable. We plan to book again next year!
