Welcome to this cozy, family-friendly 3-bedroom home in the heart of San Jose. Whether you're in town to explore the outdoors or just relax by the pool, this house offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay.

Portable fan in the living room for warm days
Central heating for cool nights
High Chair and Pack & Play crib available
Kitchen & Dining:
Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and fridge
Coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and cookware
Dining area seats 6
Sleeping Setup:
3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen-size bed
Clean linens, extra pillows, and blankets provided
Laundry & Essentials:
Washer & dryer located in garage (shared with upstairs tenant)
Detergent, ironing board, and laundry basket available
Pool & Outdoor Space:
Backyard pool with fun slide (unheated)
Outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts and al fresco dining
Shared backyard space with upstairs tenant (who rarely uses it)
Upper deck and stairs are off-limits
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main level of the home and all listed amenities.
Private entrance
Free, unrestricted street parking
Shared washer/dryer in garage
Please do not access internal stairs or upper deck

The upper level of the building is occupied by another tenant with a private entrance. They use the upper deck exclusively. Do not enter the upper deck. There is also an interior staircase leading to their unit divided by a signâplease do not go up.
Garage is not for parking and is shared with the upstairs tenant. Washer & dryer are in the garage and available for guest use.
Exterior of the house is technically shared with another tenant, but you will rarely see them.
Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture.
Pool is not heated.
No air conditioningâportable fans are provided in the living room and bedrooms.
Central heating is available for cooler months.
Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
