Välkommen till den lugna stillheten som bara Palm Springs kan ge dig. Steg in i vår snygga och strömlinjeformade oas belägen i den mindre blustiga södra delen av staden. Byggdes 1948 och totalrenoverades 2009 innehåller funktionerna ett anpassat modernt interiör med dramatiska vardagsrum och matsalar.

Det stora vardagsrummet är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av eller underhålla. Lyxigt sittplatser utnyttjar utsikten samt 60 tums plattskärms-HD-TV och mediasystem och en gaseldstad. Köket har Ceasarstone bänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror tillsammans med ett försänkbart ljudsystem.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med lyxiga sängkläder gott om garderob och en platt-HDTV med DVD. Med direkt tillgång till bakgården har de två gästrummen en drottningplattforms-säng och en annan platt-HDTV med inbyggd DVD.

Från Lanai, en flodsten däckad njureformad pool och spa beckon dig att testa saltvattnet. Inbäddat på alla sidor ger bakgården ett extremt privat utomhuslivs- och nöjesområde. Ett rostfritt stål inbyggt 4 brännare grill sitter bredvid den täckta uteplatsen.

Faciliteterna inkluderar en utomhusdusch och asfalterad sidogård med bordtennisbord.

Detta mitten av hemmet ligger inom några minuters promenad till Chabad centrum, 5 minuters bilresa från centrala Palm Springs, närliggande golf, tennis och tillgång till Palm Springs spår system.

Beautifully laid out impeccable home!

This is a lovely property. You’d never know from its unassuming exterior what a treat awaits you. It is beautifully decorated with a first class kitchen filled with EVERYTHING a cook needs. There are 2 great entertaining spaces. One of which opens to the spacious outdoor area with fine pool/jacuzi. The main bedroom is huge with desk and closet area. The main bathroom has THE latest in high tech toilets with heated seat,-bidet feature. The other 2 bedrooms are nicely separated on the other side of the house and are large and well appointed. We would gladly return again as everything was spotless and gleaming and well thought out!

Nice yard

The yard is nice. Newer chairs outside. It wasn't vacuumed. The windows had lip prints from someone kissing it. The pool was terrible and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. After cleaning it it was good for a week (after 10 days still looked like day it was cleaned). BBQ didn't work. Way too much furniture to move around inside. No private bath in the master. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. Should have a book with information on where to find things and work things in the house.

House design is great. Plenty of light and amenities. Bedrooms are spaced to provide for privacy .

Very nice PS style home with great view and large outdoor space. Some of the furniture could use some sprucing up as could the pool and hot tub. Generally though, a great place

Time for a bit of a facelift.

Nice property but it's looking a little tired. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans and every gadget you could want. The master is separate from the other rooms which is great. Bathrooms are nice. But...the House Manual had no information in it. The general pool area needs TLC. Deck chairs were in poor shape. Gardeners and pool cleaners were supposed to come but never did.

Great vacation home

This house was our home away from home for a week, and we loved it. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Nicely decorated in a Palm Springs style. The roomy back yard has a pool and hot tub, as well as plenty of grassy area. It is close to downtown, restaurants and local hiking. Thank you!

Great family vacation!

Morongo Dream is perfect for a family vacation. The house has fun decor with lots of great spaces. The backyard is spacious with beautiful mountain views and the pool and BBQ area are great. The location is convenient for downtown shopping and dining. Eric the property manger was super helpful.

Excellent getaway!

Great location immediately south of the downtown area. We walked (about 12 minutes) in to town for morning coffee and window shopping. The home is located along a quiet street with spectacular views of the Tahquitz Canyon; you really feel the presence of the mountains. The home is very comfortable with great original mid-modern styling throughout. The owners show a pride of ownership. The kitchen looks brand new and has everything you could want. The home was fresh and clean upon arrival, nice quality towels and linens. We will be back - promise! Thank you guys.

Mid Modern Marvel

The pictures were very representative of this home. I love the location and the quiet neighborhood, yet you are only a few minutes from the center of town. You can even ride a bike into downtown. The owners have a fun collection of authentic mid modern pieces and a wall of glass that looks out onto the pool and green grass. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you would want to cook a meal or entertain. I will be back!
