This 2-bedroom house in Elk Grove is perfect for your escape to tranquility. With 2 queen beds, a cozy living space, and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, guests can unwind in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Whether you're looking to relax indoors or explore the surrounding area, this serene retreat is the ideal place to disconnect and recharge. A dinner table and a fully functioning kitchen with dishes and silverware are available for your personal use. The bathroom is stocked with toiletries including a hair dryer, there's a washing machine and dryer . There's both wireless internet to support your business and travel needs as well as a TV with hundreds of movies. Netflix, Amazon Video and PBS for kids. Enjoy your stay to recharge in a complete private and serene space.
Guests have access to the entire house minus the master bedroom and garage ( use for personal storages).
Additional rules:
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- No pets.
- No smoking or vaping inside of the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (including medical cannabis).
- We have a surveillance device around the building.
- Not allowed unauthorized guests come or stay at property.
- Quiet hours 10:00pm to 7:00am.
