Nestled on a tropical acre just one block from the Indian River, our rental invites you to relax, recharge, and create. *A photo ID is required to book.
The space features a bright and airy design, merging indoor comfort with outdoor inspiration. Unwind in the queen-sized bed, surrounded by serene decor with natural light during the day and blackout shades for restful sleep at night. Cold AC ensures your comfort. The covered, screened porch offers a perfect spot for your morning coffee or dining al fresco, while the âFlorida Roomâ aesthetic brings a spa-like, meditative vibe throughout.
The Florida Room is ideally located in a quiet family neighborhood just a block from the Indian River - perfect for peaceful strolls and stunning views. And itâs pet-friendly - bring your furry companion along for the fun!
Kayaks, bikes, and beach gear are complimentary, allowing you to make the most of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fast internet and a smart TV with Roku to keep you entertained during downtime.
Our outdoor area is surrounded by lush landscaping to enhance your sense of privacy and serenity. There is plenty of yard space for throwing a frisbee, playing tetherball or cornhole. Landscaping separates the rental unit from the main ownerâs house.
Youâll need a vehicle to use the kayaks as we are not waterfront, but there are soft roof racks to use. All the fun gear is first-come/first-served.
