Quiet Escape in a Tropical Glade

Come away to our pet-friendly, hidden haven along the Indian River. This adorable tiny house with covered patio rests in a private, tropical glade in back of our one acre property. Kayaks, bikes, and beach gear are all included! You’ll feel the quiet energy of “Old Florida” here, with the breeze coming off the river and the hammock calling your name. *A photo ID is required to book.

The space
Your cozy haven is secluded and completely private. Fast Wi-Fi, hot shower, cold A/C, comfortable bed, and black-out shades. There are kayaks, bicycles, and all the beach gear for your use! Make your favorite espresso drink and read a great book in the hammock. Watch rocket launches over the river from the end of the street (one block). Bike to Cocoa Village for all the coffee shops, quaint shopping, nightlife, and events. Go bioluminescent kayaking or head to one of our close Florida Springs! 15 minutes to the beach or the Port Canaveral cruise terminal.

Guest access
You can park right by the porch and have use of the grassy area for pets, playing frisbee or tetherball.

You’ll need a vehicle to transport the kayaks as we are not waterfront, but there are soft roof racks to use. All the fun gear is first-come, first-served.
