The property was clean, easy to find, the neighborhood was nice, could walk the dog there. Everything you could need was in the condo. I always bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags and none were needed. I would recommend to bring a strip plug as there was only 1 plug in the kitchen and 2 in the bedroom that were reachable. There was a small extension cord with plug box in the bedroom on one side only. The air conditioning worked amazingly. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook with. We did drive to the beach, there is beach access across A1A Hwy--you can walk there--but I chose to drive. Overall, it was the perfect place for my boyfriend and myself for the weekend!

Was happy with the condo

The advertising pictures actually do this unit justice. It's just as cute and well remodeled as the pictures show. Just the right size for my husband and me. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with. She replied quickly to messages.My one issue is that we found the bed to be very HARD. I don't mind a firm mattress but this went beyond firm. We managed by getting some inflatable pads. All in all, it's a great place and now that I have inflatable pads....we would stay again.

This property was very well appointed, with everything one would need for a day at the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys, etc. A page describing which remotes worked what on the TV would have been most helpful, as we were never able to access anything on it. Also, we do not think it unreasonable to say a king size bed would be more comfortable for couples who sometimes need more room, as the sofa bed was much less than desirable for one of us.

Fantastic Condo

We loved our time at this nice beachy condo. It’s walking distance to great restaurants and a two minute drive to beach access. The condo is clean, comfortable, smells good, and has everything we needed.

Felt just like home

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.It was so nicely decorated and so comfortable. Also, conviently located within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking in the evening. Petra was a great host. We would definately stay here again.

Sweet and Short

I arrived very late and very tired. Luckily, there is a Publix market close by and restaurants so I was able to stop at both beforehand. The parking is right in front of the condo and the neighbors were very nice. Petra responded almost immediately to my questions/concerns. Thank you Petra for such a nice stay!

Quick Get Away

Adorable place exactly as described. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Close yo everything we needed. Only thing we missed was a microwave for popcorn, but we survived just fine.

Little gem 💎 in cocoa beach

This cozy apartment hosted us over the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay! It is steps away from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The check in and check out process was very easy. We had everything we needed for our stay. AC worked great! THANKS!

The rental info did not include the unit number so in the dark we tried several units doors to see if the key fit before finally reaching out to get the info. The space underneath the stove top where it meets the counter was absolutely caked with food, and the kitchen caninets were hung very high and are hard to reach.

Our stay!!!

We had a great time on our honeymoon! We stayed in a cute little house a short walk to the beach! And also a short distance to some of the best sushi I have ever had and Siam orchid!!! But overall it was a beautiful home!!

Great little condo

Everything was as listed. Very convenient and short walk to amenities and beach access. Parking was a bit tight but totally manageable. Would definitely stay again if in area.

The only issue for me is the parking. You park directly in front of your unit and there is a small wall there that prevents you from opening your car door fully

great little place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights in January and it was exactly as advertised. The price was good and we had everything we needed for our stay that was advertised. It was perfect for a couple to stay at for a week, or even a small family. We would defiantly stay again!
