Jag köpte detta i oktober 2017 och ombyggde det.
Detta hus har en mycket isolerad insida som är mycket svalare och tystare än de flesta fastigheter. Hela insidan har ombyggts. Det viktigaste vardagsrummet har plats för 13-15 bekvämt! Du kommer att få en mycket "rymlig" vistelse för alla. Det ligger på vad jag tror är den bästa gården på South Mission beach.
Sängarna är alla nya som är 2 kungar och en drottning eller jag kan ge dig en kung, en drottning och 2 tvillingar, inga problem. Uteplatsen är tillräckligt stor för stora sammankomster och bra BBQ.

Cohasset Ct. handlar om en 10 minuters promenad till den ökända Belmont Park som har en 80 år gammal berg-och dalbana tillsammans med många andra åkattraktioner och attraktioner för både vuxna och barn i alla åldrar. Det finns också många fina restauranger och shopping för strandkläder i parken. Cohasset Ct. är också en två minuters promenad till två lokala barer och fyra restauranger tillsammans med en minimarknad.

Perfect Location if you dont wamt the constant walking traffic. Still close enough to the beach.

Very spacious & Clean.. Beds were very comfortable. Deck outside is perfect to hang out and enjoy the mornings/evenings. Excellent location to the beach, boardwalk & bars.

Mission Beach home away from home

This place and owner make you feel like you were at home, I highly recommend this to anyone who has a family or just hanging out with your spouse front outdoor patio was perfect for grilling and family get together. I will be back to this home.

Nice, clean and close to the beach

Cute, old cottage 4-5 houses from the beach. Close to coffee and food. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!!

Great home in an amazing location. Everything was as described and Clark is a great host. One minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the bay. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Great location, best host

Our last minute trip was perfect! Of course location and accommodation were beautiful, but it was really the generous and friendly host (property owner/manager) that made sure we had everything we needed before we got there, while we stayed and even checked in just to make sure we were getting to do all the things we wanted while we were there. This property earned more stars than I'm able to give here.

Great location, nice deck, very cozy home!

We stayed here as a group of six, and found the house to be just right. It has everything you need, and is steps to the beach and the bay. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions, even in the evening. The large dining table was great for family dinners and the large sectional was great for movie night. Sadly it rained most of the time we stayed, so we only got to used the deck a little, but we really liked it. The home was clean and comfortable, and has the charm of a more historic home. Thanks for a great stay.

Clark and his son were very attentive. we had some questions and they got right back to us and even came over. The house is just steps from the beach and from coffee shops and breakfast places. It was a fun location to stay in. We almost had a flight delay and Clark was quick to offer for us to stay if we got stranded.

Great Beach house

We had a great time at Clark’s property. The patio is wonderful for enjoying the great weather and the beach is steps away. There are no noisy neighbors above you which is rare in Mission Beach. We will be back

Mission Beach

We had a great stay. Finding the house was a bit tricky since a street sign was missing but Clark met us, gave us a tour of the home & wonderful restaurant recommendations. We had my husband, 85 yr old mom, & sister-in-law staying while we visited great nieces & a new great nephew. The house has everything you would need for a beach get away. Even has a beach view from the front porch. Thank you for sharing your home.

Mission Beach getaway

We had a family wedding get together in San Deigo and wanted to treat family members to a nice place to stay near the beach. We chose this location which really worked for our Family of 6 Adults This place was very clean and well stocked with Appliances for our 7 Day stay Having a washer and Dryer was certainly a plus Only draw back is that one bathroom is located thru the back bedroom which make the acess tough for those not staying in that room Do not get me wrong over all this place has plenty of space for 6 adults with the front deck area a wonderful space to enjoy the Sunshine The beach is literally seconds away One last positive is the parking space in the back of the house Overall I give this a high rating Thank You and would definitively use again

Girls Getaway

This was a good San Diego location for a gathering of five women coming from four states. Cozy, warm, and central with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We did a little bit of low-impact dining in for the evenings and the air fryer was a great touch for Super Bowl Sunday chicken wings! The owner was very responsive with two questions/issues that came up with the door locks and pumbing. Also very helpful in answering questions about our stay before we arrived. The warm California hospitality and assistance very much appreciated! Thanks!

Beach Bungalow heaven

The property was exactly as described. It was full of an almost rustic charm but all mod cons. Everything worked as should and Clark couldn’t have been more helpful before the stay and came to give us a welcome hello when we arrived. I have no doubt that had we had any issues, he’d have attended to them promptly. The only problem I have is that now my kids want to live there…!

Great one story house

The location is perfect. In between bay and ocean-located on ocean side. Perfect for 6 adults. Nice patio. Clark was very helpful when we contacted him. One space for single car. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Large refrigerator if you are bringing groceries. The best feature is the one story, stand alone house in South Mission Beach. Very hard to find.

Great Location, Great Host

The place is in an awesome location, just a couple blocks from both the ocean side and the bay side of Mission Beach. It has a parking spot which is an absolute must in that area. The air conditioning came in handy when there were a couple hot days and nights. It has all the amenities we needed: washer and dryer, beach toys/umbrellas/chairs, full range of dishes and kitchen utensils, and odds and ends like tin foil/dishwasher tabs/detergent. The host, Clark, went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and providing recommendations on things to do. The only negative we had was in getting checked in and parked - we didn't get any information or check-in codes until we asked, there aren't any instructions on where to park, and it's a very confusing area between the alleys and walkways. We had to call Clark late at night (sorry Clark!) to figure out how to find the place and get parked. For anyone else who gets confused checking in - each house faces a "court" which is a sidewalk that leads to the beach and the bay. The house numbers are on the front of each house (facing the court/sidewalk) and you park in the back alley which doesn't have any house numbers or street markings. You park next to the garage (really just a wooden shed) and enter from the side or the front of the house. Overall, this was an excellent property with an excellent host. We would stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

A Winter Beach Family Vacation

Clark's beach house was pretty much exactly as advertised. Its location on Mission Beach is ideal, an easy walk to Belmont (Amusement) Park and the surrounding commercial area. Great access to both the ocean and bay sides, Mission Point Park (good playground for the kids), etc. The big front room, dining table, and kitchen were well suited for our 3-generation family of 7 including 3 boys under the age of 10. The beds are comfortable. Although the house is old, there has been a lot of updating and it suited our needs. The one thing that could be improved is check-in. We had the codes for the 3 locks (2 on the house), but no other instructions. We managed not to notice the big sign with wi-fi connection information on the side of the refrigerator and wound up calling the owner to get that clarified. As we were there over the New Year holiday, we needed heating. The obvious way to heat the house, the air handlers mounted in each room, don't actually put out much heat. They also interact in a confusing way. It turns out the gas furnace in the middle of the house is the way to heat it properly, but that was inoperative when we arrived. It required the owner's son to come over and light the pilot light. Instructions about all of this and some other things (e.g., an important detail about the front door lock operation) would have been helpful.

Very nice South Mission Beach house on a great court!

We have stayed in South Mission Beach for over 20 years every summer. We have rented over 12 different places. This was one of our favorites. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach or the bay side. On the beach side you could surf in the early morning and later it was reserved for swimming and boogie boarding and there was a lifeguard tower right there. The house has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. All are good sized. All flooring is wood and very nice. There are rugs throughout that I would have preferred not having as it makes cleaning up the sand easier on hard floors, but the rugs didn't really bother us. There was a nice TV in the living room, but we did miss not having TVs in the bedrooms. The internet did not work when we got there, but Clark, the owner, took care of it even though we were the last short term renters of the summer and he was going to be shutting it off on Monday. We really appreciated that as we needed the internet for some work. The kitchen was very nice. The dishwasher worked great which isn't always the case in a rental! The pans were very nice looking, but sort of difficult to clean. There weren't the usual spices in the kitchen, but that is probably due to covid-19. Speaking of the virus, Clark was well prepared! He had everything super clean when we moved in. There was hand sanitizer and wipes available for us to use, and we used them constantly! It made us feel more secure to be wiping away possible germs. The bathrooms were nice sized. I would have liked a hand held sprayer in the master bathroom, but the water pressure was great which is the main concern. There were plenty of beach and bath towels and all were clean and stain free. There is air conditioning throughout the house and although we have never before stayed in a unit with AC, we were happy to have it as it got quite humid and hot during our stay. We still would have been happy without it, but it was great to have. The garage was a great place to store things and the washer and dryer worked very well and did not deposit sand onto everything like some we have used before. The patio area is already lovely, and I understand that he will be remodeling early next year. We can't wait to see what he does with an already beautiful place. Clark is a wonderful host and looked in on us to see that everything was going well. We hope to stay there again, maybe in one of his beach front homes, and for a longer time! Thanks for everything!

It's a single unit property! Meaning, you're getting the entire property rather than sharing your home/patio with strangers as so many other rentals force you to do. THIS IS NOT A CONDO! Very quiet with incredible insulation. Don't pay for inferior vacation rentals! Go with the company that strives to make your stay unforgettable! Mission Beach Luxury Rentals!
