-This home, like most beach homes in the neighborhood, does not have AC. We have provided portable fans and, with the windows open, the ocean breeze cools the house nicely!

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. There is an assigned spot in a shared gated lot. For additional parking please find public street parking in the neighborhood. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
