Property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the size of the beds changed after I reserved with no notification. We were able to re-arrange guests so it worked out but a heads up would have been nice.

Our group loved our stay! We were traveling with a group of 15 women in their twenties, thirties and forties from all over the country for a Bachelorette weekend. The accommodations were excellent and perfect for a group our size. Lots of common areas to hang out both indoors and out. Gorgeous home. Wonderful lakefront property with excellent deck and stunning views. Enjoyed the proximity to Blue Ridge. Also easy to get to from Chattanooga and Atlanta airports. Many in our group were excited to recommend the property to other friends for future stays.

The house was very large and beautifully decorated. However, the listing was misleading because it stated there were two rooms that each had two king beds which was not the case. It also said there was a hot tub, and there wasn't. The kitchen was well stocked! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back one day.

We’d like to clarify that the home does offer two bedrooms with king beds, and a hot tub is not listed as an amenity on the VRBO listing. Here’s a polished review you could post:We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house on Blue Ridge Lake. The home is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, and easily accommodated our large family gathering. The lake views are stunning, and the private dock was one of the highlights of our trip.The only surprise was the bedroom layout. We couldn’t tell from the listing photos that the bedrooms are located on the top floor and the basement level. In hindsight, I should have asked, but we would have preferred if the bunk room had been on the lower level so all of the kids could stay together.Overall, the house is exceptionally well-suited for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One suggestion for the owners would be to add a game room or recreational space for kids—something like a pool table, foosball, arcade games, or board games would make an already great property even better.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront getaway.
