Las Palmas är en 2: a våning (1: a våningen till mexikaner och européer) lägenhet i ALIZES, ett bostadsrätt komplex med 52 lägenheter som omger en vacker stor pool och tropisk trädgård.

Detta är ett av få lägenhetskomplex som fortfarande har en marknivå och trädgårdsutrymme. de nyare byggnaderna har varma takpooler och begränsade utomhusutrymmen.

ALIZES ligger 1 kort kvarter till vackra COCO STRAND och 2 korta kvarter till den nyare norra änden av berömda femte vägen för affärer och restauranger. Det är det bästa av båda världar - tillräckligt nära centrum av stadens aktivitet, men ändå tillräckligt långt borta för att kunna njuta av lugna nätter och havbris med dina sovrumsreglage öppna, om du väljer.

Din lägenhet är dekorerad i tropiska färger med specialbyggda möbler, med ett öppet vardagsrum-matsal och kök planlösning och en king size-säng med inbyggda garderober och säkerhetssäkerhet.

Det finns en balkong utanför ditt sovrum med utsikt över vår vackra pool och en balkong utanför det främre vardagsrummet med utsikt över gatan och polisbyggnaden framför oss.

Ditt badrum har en sluten dusch och handfat i glas. Den har ett välutrustat kök med granit för matlagning.

Din lägenhet levereras med 2 ryggsäckar strandstolar och parasoll för att njuta av den närliggande stranden, en bäddsoffa, 55 "platt-TV med netflix; king size-säng, anpassade möbler, original konstverk, tvättmaskin / torktumlare combo.

Great Stay

Playa perfection

The apartment is very stylish and welcoming ( as is Gris, the hostess!) and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is beautifully maintained with a very generously sized pool and loungers. The location is near-perfect being only 2mins from the beach and 5mins to the relaxed end of 5th Ave. It is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the resort centre and has some great dining options within 5mins walk . We would highly recommend this beautiful home and would return in a heartbeat 💓 💗 💖

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The communication with the host & property manager was excellent! We had everything we needed at this beautiful condo. We felt very safe & comfortable & the pool was wonderful!

Les Alizes...a jewel of a find!!!!

But the BEST part?! The proximity to the beach! My favorite place! <3 We were able to stop at the super convenient 7-11 on the corner, grab our drinks and necessities and walk less than 5 minutes to the most beautiful sandy beach. The condo also included beach chairs, an umbrella and large beach towels. Made for a perfect set up, to which we received multiple compliments on during our stay! Night life was also just steps away to 5th Ave. So much to do from food, to drinks, to strolling and sight see, to shopping.

Excellent service, place and location

We will definitely stay here again!!!. The condo is exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to 5th Ave but aaway from all the noise and buzz. Communication with owner and manager was excellent, all questions answered right away!! .

Lovely

Good location in a quiet part of town. Good Italuan restaurant and good breakfast and lunch at Ojo de agua. Nice people at Alizes, friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Tranquil. Beach sucked but that is everywhere in area due to influx of Sargasso.

Playa Del Carmen Oasis

From the moment we booked our stay, we immediately received a response from Brian. He sent us everything that we needed to plan our arrival including detailed driving instructions, pictures of the property and guard house and suggestions for vegan restaurants that we had ask for! This made for a very easy checkin as everything was waiting for us including Griselda. More about her in a moment. The unit itself was true to the posted pictures and exceeded our expectations! The unit had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail was tremendous. Everything was explained including how to use the TV, Netflix, and the movies available on the hard drive. The kitchen had everything needed and more. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful. Let’s talk about location…. As advertised, this condo is literally a few minutes walk to the beach where we got to see a few remarkable sunrises! It’s also a very short walk to the North end of 5th Ave. Great and safe location! The grounds: Alizes is truly an Oasis with it’s beautiful pool that has a wonderful water fall feature that makes you feel that you’re in your own personal paradise! Plenty of lounging chairs and shade when needed! Way better then those hot rooftop pools with little character. The staff: As soon as we arrived we where met by Griselda who was wonderful! She escorted us to our unit and explained everything in detail. She was there to answer our questions and was always willing to help. We fast became friends. This was one of our best stays in Playa Del Carmen and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Brian and Griselda for a wonderful vacation!

A Fantastic Relaxing Stay

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and the quiet. Communication with the owner and management on site was exceptional. The property was very well stocked and included everything we required for our stay. We prepared quite a few meals in the condo. The pool area is very peaceful and well taken care of with waterfalls to add to the atmosphere. We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying our coffees in the morning and wine in the evenings. Everything was very clean and worked well. We felt very safe in the complex and around the area. The location was perfect for us. Only a block away from the beach and a short walk for 5th Avenue and all the shops and restaurants we needed. Thank you Brian and Griselda for a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to our return trip next year.

Remote in Playa

Good value for the price. Location is close to the beach and close to 5th Avenue. The property host Griselda was awesome. Our stay was challenged with Hurricane Grace and Griselda made sure we had what we needed after the hurricane hit the area. Highly recommend the restaurant at the condo complex. Good food for the prices and the service was awesome.

Beautiful, Clean, & Comfortable

I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again! The pictures are very accurate. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have the washer & dryer available in the condo. Griselda was fabulous and always answered messages very quickly. The location is perfect for walking down 5th and to the beach. The pool at the property is beautiful. It's large enough that everyone has space to spread out. I loved it! Thank you Brian for sharing your beautiful condo.

100% Perfect!!!!

Repeat of all the other reviews! Gris is amazing and lives on site. We had her at our door in less than a minute. The condo has the best amenities of any we’ve stayed at. The towels are nicer than mine! Another great feature is the property grounds are so clean and secure. They sweep and clean all day long. Would love to come back!

Great month-long stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Les Alizes. We worked remote in Playa for a month and we had everything we needed to do so effectively! We only had one issue with the internet the first night and with the A/C one other day, and Brian and his onsite manager both were on it right away and super communicative. Everything was great after that! Neither of those issues lasted long enough to be disruptive and I really felt like they were there to help when we needed it. Brian is one of the most communicative hosts I've ever had, and it seriously helped SO much. Same with his onsite manager Griselda! They're a big part of the great experience we had. The apartment was really cute, clean, SO close to the beach, and close to 5th Ave but removed enough that we never had any noise issues. Loved the pool and grill at the complex too! This is the first time I've ever worked remote in another country for a month and we're lucky to have had this place to make it such a good experience. A million thanks to Brian and Gris, and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering visiting or working remote in Playa del Carmen!

Amazing visit

My girl friend and I just spent a week here and it was amazing! Griselda was an awesome property manager, even when we had mishaps, she was awesome. The location is about a 3 minute walk from the beach which is beautiful. About a 5 minute walk from the main streets! It was an absolutely perfect trip! We will for sure be back.

Family Feel

Our stay here was very comfortable and comforting. It was a ( kind of) perfect vacation. When things weren’t going perfect, (because of too much sun, for example) Brian and Griselda ( the manager) were so awesome and helpful in getting us what we needed ( including a couple of beers) ....and the sea breezes blew through the condo, and the beach was a couple blocks away. It was a fantastic adventure and we would stay again in a heart beat because when you are in a foreign country it’s extremely important to have a supportive and helpful property host and manager! Oh.... yes, the pool and courtyard was beautiful, the condo comfortably appointed, and safe to be there.

Very pleased

Location was great, 3 min walk to the beach and 5th ave. Police station right across the street from the building complex. Apartment was clean and offered plenty of amenities (cooking supplies, beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkeling gear, coffee). The pool was very nice, private and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

local oasis - quiet and convenient

Quick walk to the beach, 5th avenue and local restaurants off 5th. The owner is extremely helpful, attentive and responsive and the on property manager is great as well - helpful, friendly and speaks english well. Thank you Brian and Griselda - will be back next time in PDC.

Everything you Need and More

My husband and I recently stayed at this Playa Del Carmen Condo. It was a great location with access to 5th avenue and a block walk to Coco beach. The bedroom is in the back of the condo which is quiet and overlooks a lovely pool. The condo had everything we could imagine that we would need (if we cooked a meal) but chose to eat out at a variety of local , near by restaurants. Griselda, property manager, communicates via "what's app" and was amazingly helpful and available (even on Christmas) . The "extra charge" for electricity was not overwhelming $6.50 for 4 days with AC on only at night . Access to any movie you could possbily want on a large "smart TV"

I have been travelling to Playa for over 10 years and my Daughter has lived here for the last 8 years. Playa is like a second home and that is why I decided to buy here. As far as I am concerned it is the best vacation spot I have been too!

Varför värden valde detta boende

After spending so many vacations in Playa I decided to buy. I started looking for a place that still had a Mexican feel to it rather than the all the new condos going up. I also wanted a great location, close to the beach and 5th avenue, but in a quiet safe neighborhood. I found all this at Alizes! Since I have purchased here 2 other friends have purchased here after staying for a vacation. This is truly a gem and one of the best places to stay in Playa!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There is so many things to do in this area, great beaches, cenotes, great restaurants, great nightlife and so much more. Now we even have bicycle rentals beside the complex. Every time I come to Playa I discover something new, once you have stayed here you too will fall in love with Play Del Carmen! The new Super Chedraui grocery store has just opened a short walk away.
