Vårt privatägda hem, har tre sovrum, två fulla badkar med nästan 1.300 kvm. Ft. Bostadsyta. Familjer, vänner eller affärsresenärer kommer att ha gott om plats.

Placeringen vårt hem ger våra gäster med enkel resa till och från Orlando International Airport, Orlandos temapark attraktioner, sportaktiviteter, affärer och restauranger längs International Drive och Orlando Outlets. Detta hem ligger nära Disney - Orlando / Kissimmee och attraktioner Central Florida. Kom och njut av friheten i ett hem hyra istället för de begränsningar av ett hotell. Publix (livsmedelsbutik) är 5 minuter bort tillsammans med snabbmat och matsal i den plaza, eller använda 24 timmars Walmart från mindre än 10 minuter från hemmet. Kanske du vill handla i varuhus / butiker rabatt - det finns mycket att välja på! Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, italiensk mat, kinesiska restauranger och buffé.

Det är en kort bilresa till alla Disney Parks - 15/20 minuter (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach) eller besöka Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, eller en av de många visar middag, eller den berömda Cirque Du Soleil. The property was as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a fun addition for our family and remained clear and clean throughout our stay. Home was a close distance from the airport. Only issue was regarding the trash. Directions were to take trash out on a certain day, but the trash toter was full, with several more bags left beside toter, from the previous tenants, and communication was unclear. No biggie. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday Rental

This property is located in a residential area and is quiet with little traffic. Loved that ! Communication was iffy as we waited until 4:50pm to get the entry code which should have been sent around noon. Saturday night was a very special Birthday Party for my husband with a few family members. We had to endure the lawnscaping service of mowing, trimming and blowing at 7:15 pm while we were eating in the porch… very disappointing as this is the reason we are in Orlando. We did reach out to the owner and she only said sorry… very disappointing…. We were very good renters, as we pulled sheets off beds, emptied all garbage, cleaned all dishes etc… and followed all rules. I am still waiting to hear from the owner…..

My daughter and I stayed a few nights after her basketball tournament. House was great to do that. There are several cats that come into yard daily to drink outta the pool. Neighbor plays music loud everyday but not at night. Pool guy came right in middle of the day and we couldn’t use pool for couple hours at prime time of the day. Would’ve liked dishwasher tablets so didn’t have to hand wash dishes. These are just helpful things to know for further families staying. That said we liked the home and pool. Was just what we wanted and we enjoyed our time. We would stay again.

You could notFlush toilet paper, and we found molded food in the toaster. Other than that they were very accommodating to the fact I forgot to mention 2 people. Would stay again.

Recommend

Nice size house with a fantastic pool and backyard. Clean and tidy. No basics were provided such as coffee/tea, shampoo/conditioner or body wash, nor laundry detergent. However, close to shops, quiet neighborhood and easy check in. Would recommend.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable house that was great for a our family. We were not in Orlando for the parks but for family and staying away from the tourists was great. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small but layout was great with master suite on one side and other bedrooms on the other. Communication was clear and check in was easy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues but was taken care of. If communication was better it could have been taken care of sooner. It took 24 hours to respond to the issues.

Short stay

Stayed for 4 nights. Nice place for a little vacation. The house was clean and neat but could have used more towels and wash clothes. Pool area was really nice. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Family vacation

Wonderful place! Clean, easy check in/out, and all amenities were in great condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for a quick drive to the amusement parks, and for food. We were even able to take a day and drive to the beach. Thank you so much for a great vacation spot!

A great holiday !!

We were very happy with the 3 bedroom option for our teenage daughter and son and us (Mom & Dad ) to each have our own personal space ! The only thing we hadnt been aware of was the constant jet traffic overhead !! Otherwise nice quiet neighborhood ! Clean, well maintained pool and house !

Awesome place to stay in Orlando

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Short distance to either airport and only 15min from all the parks. We absolutely loved the house. Only thing I wished for was a little warmer weather so we could have used the pool. Definitely recommend this rental for any family wanting to stay in Orlando without paying resort prices.

A beautiful stay in a relaxing place

Great quiet enclave away from the hustle and bustle of all the theme parks and down town but close enough to pop over if you want. Pool was amazingly well taken care of and home was exactly as described.

Don’t waste your money here.

My fam was very disappointed in our stay. There were cockroaches and ants everywhere, no wash clothes, no extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels, and an overwhelming smell of air fresheners as if they were trying to cover up a smell. I am pregnant and the fumes gave me horrible headaches. The pictures show that there is a toddler bed, but there was not one. The place was old and ran down. The beds were hard as a rock. The bathrooms were disgusting. The key to the front door is a chore to get open. They advertise that they are 15-20 minutes from Disney parks, they are actually 40 minutes from the parks. The location is not the greatest nor nicest. I have paid MUCH less to stay in places that are larger, cleaner, have more amenities AND are bay/beach front. Very disappointing! It seems like more people have a similar review as me, my mistake for not digging deep enough before renting.

Great place to stay with family in Orlando

Great place to stay with kids. They had a blast overall in Orlando and to top it off return to a wonderful home with a clean pool. The kids would just continue their fun. The place was clean with that homie feel. Would definitely recommend.

Orlando Get-Away May 2023

Very nice property, very nice pool. As stated in some other reviews, this isn't the newest house. However, everything needed is here and in working order. There are a few older home issues but nothing that takes away from the experience. We stayed for 11 days with 3 adults. Used it as a base to explore the sites of the area. Greatly enjoyed the private pool. House is on a dead end so no traffic outside the door. Sometimes planes fly overhead, but not really heard inside the house. AC works very well, furniture is in good condition. Mattresses are a bit firmer than we prefer, but we still got a good nights sleep. We did bring extra towels & washcloths. There is a supermarket, convenience stores and food very close to the house. Down the road is a Walmart grocery store. The house is about a 30-40 minute drive to most of the main attractions in the area. Neighbors are very quiet, a sheriff lives across the street. The TV is a Roku TV, so you can get lots of streaming programming. Also DirecTV. Wi-Fi works well. Excellent Verizon reception. We cleaned up after ourselves and enjoyed our visit. We would return to this house if we ever came back to Orlando.
