Det finns stormarknader och restauranger (både formella och informella) i närheten. Allt du kan tänkas behöva verkligen är nära till hands. Perfect Place For Our Girls’ Trip!

The property was amazing and it was absolutely perfect for myself and three friends. We spent a long weekend there and the commute to Universal was super easy. Owner was extremely nice and was really quick to respond to all my messages.

Great Family Trip to Orlando was complemented by staying at this beautiful property! We enjoyed the Parks by day and enjoyed the pool in the backyard at night!!! Very good communication with the Owner! Highly recommend!! 10/10

GREAT STAY

The home is very comfortable. It has a cottage feel. It was very clean. The pool (paid extra to heat) was great. There is a waterway behind the home so no neighbors in back. There is highway noise beyond the waterway but it wasn't unbearable due to a large block wall. Very private on both sides of the home. We have stayed in this home before and owners have done some upgrades.

Orlando Trip from May 13th to the 19th

This property was very clean. The pool was very refreshing since it was 96 degrees each day. When we arrived, the main TV was not working so we called, and they did come out and set it up the next day. Instructions on how to operate the TV would have been nice because we had to call them again to come out. The main issue is the mattresses. They are shot and all four of them need to be replaced otherwise it is a nice quant home. If the mattresses get replaced and the main TV has explicit instructions on how to operate, I was rate this place very good. Bil

Great house close to everything

The house was exactly as described. It was nice to have the pool even though we did not use it. House was clean. Close to Universal and shopping. Would stay here again!

Close to the parks. Beds too worn: slump. Very clean. Good appliances. Pool clean. Heater worked well. Deck sinking on east corner, cracking pool edge tile. Very poor repairs to tile but didn’t affect pool use. Would rent again.

Business trip

This was a great option for a week in town for work instead of a hotel. Comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and close to plenty of stores and restaurants.

Haus ok, trotzdem enttäuscht

Haus mit Austattung und Lage waren gut. Die Nähe zum Turnpike waren mit einer gewissen Lautstärke verbunden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld ist verbesserungswürdig. Man muss erst umständlich einen Code anfordern, um eine Email zu schreiben. Dann ein Formular ausfüllen, was nicht geklappt hat und auch nicht gesendet werden konnte. Habe die Infos dann separat per Email geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten, ob es so in Ordnung sei. Wegen des Hurrikans Milton sahen wir uns gezwungen, einen Tag eher abzureisen, da das Haus auch verrammelt werden musste und nicht mehr richtig genutzt hätte werden können. Ich hätte hier eine kleine Entschädigung erwartet, aber dem Besitzer schien es wichtiger, dass wir die fasr leeren Mülltonnen vor die Tür stellen. Auf unseren Hinweis eher abzureisen, kam nur ein lapidares: it is up to you. Für den Hurrikan kann keiner etwas, aber mehr Entgegenkommen und weniger - gebucht ist gebucht- wäre hier m. E. durchaus möglich. Ein Guesthaus hat uns, da wir dort erst einen Tag später anreisen konnten, einen Gutschein für eine spätere Übernachtung ausgestellt. Das ist fair. So stelle ich mit Kundenbindung vor.

Great location

The house and pool were perfect for our needs. We stayed here with our daughter and her family. They went to the parks and beach during the day and we all enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Communication with the host was excellent. House was clean and comfortable.

Zeer fijne vakantiewoning, 1 om nog eens terug te keten

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in dit huis. Met onze huurauto was de reis van het huis naar de parken, malls en andere bezienswaardigheden prima te doen. Bij aankomst open je de deur met de zelf gekozen code die je al bij boeken doorgeeft aan de eigenaar. Het huis zelf is van vele gemakken voorzien en aan het einde van een hete dag is het zwembad heerlijk verkoelend. De airco en ventilatoren zorgen voor een prettig klimaat binnen. Zelfs toen we een klein defect hadden aan 1 van de toiletten werd dit binnen 24 uur perfect opgelost. De communicatie hierover met de eigenaar verliep prettig en vlekkeloos. Al met al een vakantiehuis dat we zeker zullen overwegen om bij een volgende reis naar Orlando opnieuw te boeken.

Quiet Neighborhood with great back yard

The property was clean and bright. Nice size for 6 people. Though we didn't get in the pool in the back yard, we sat around it a couple times when we had down time. Loved that we were in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again

Great pool!

Clearly the pool was my favorite part. Paid the extra to have it heated and it was warm and lovely. Even with chilly evening temps! Very reasonable added cost and well worth it. Location is very good, away from the crowds of International Drive and Disney parks areas but still a short drive to all. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. This property had everything we needed for a great week in the Orlando area. Communications with the owner (only to ask if we could extend our departure time, not because of any issues!) was prompt, arriving and check in was a breeze.
