För bästa underhållning ligger vår lägenhet bara 5 minuter från Bransons berömda "76 Music Blvd". Detta ger dig enkel tillgång till alla Bransons utställningar, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och butiker. Silver Dollar City är bara lite längre via en annan väg med mindre trafik.

Sommarpriser är högsäsong (1 maj - 31 augusti). DE NATTLIGA RÄTTARVARIERna beroende på vistelsens längd och årstid. De flesta av Bransons underhållning börjar i mars och slutar med ojämförlig julunderhållning från 1 november till slutet av december. Öringfiske på sjön är bäst på vintern och handla när som helst på året.

The condo was wonderful! Truly enjoyed the quietness and the lovely view of the lake. The condo was very clean and ready for us to enjoy ourselves. The hosts were fantastic and available for anything that we needed assistance with. Will definitely come back and stay here!

Nice condo, clean and comfortable, great location, very comfortable beds. One recommendation we would make is the condo complex committee should invest in a couple of grills, either charcoal or gas. The two grills adjacent to the property are in poor shape and can’t be used. Overall our stay was outstanding.

Check in was very easy and convenient. The unit is located right on a nice river for fishing, which my boys enjoyed. It is also conveniently located near Table Rock lake, the State Park Marina and Big Cedar.

Gals Trip

The condo is located with view of tje Taneycomo lake (more like a river) with views of wild life such as deer and geese. The screened in back deck was perfect for coffee im the mornings! The condo is well equipped and all appliances and amenities were in excellent condition! It's located within 15 minutes of just aboit everything in Branson. The pool and workout room are excellent and easy to walk to. With one bath for every bedroom, we had no problem with get-ready time for 6 of us. I would highly recommend this accomodation and will book again should it be available when I return to Branson.

Point royale

Great hosts, great condo and great location. Slept 7 adults with comfort, plenty of room for relaxing and lounging. Quiet location but not far from all the attractions. Overall a very nice stay, we will be returning.

Great location and great condo!

Loved staying here, pretty view, plenty of space. Clean, quiet area with a clubhouse and gated entrance. My family and I loved it! Would definitely come back! Owners were easy to communicate with. Great location as well, short drive to a grocery store, miniature golf and Silber Dollar City.

The Condo was just as the picture. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. The beds were very comfortable and anything we needed was there. The best part was the wonderful view of the Lake! The Perfect place

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We spent 9 nights here for a church trip. My only regret is that we were so busy with church we didn’t get to learn more about this place and all it has to offer. I offer one small word of advice. This condo is on the second story with only stairs. I was not aware, either by oversight of my own, or it was not stated. My Mom struggles with stairs, but we managed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Serenity by the water

It was a quick girls trip for some relaxing and Branson shows. We were not disappointed. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. The trees were starting to change color and were gorgeous! We saw Six and the Haygoods, which were excellent shows- highly recommend !! Only complaint is there was not a single cup coffeemaker as listing stated. Do not bring k-cups: they did provide ground coffee.

We recently retired and moved back to Missouri after a 17 year absence. We have been married since 1970, honeymooned in Branson and have been vacationing here quite often since. We have 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren to enjoy. Our hobies include traveling and camping. Finally we stay active in our church and community.

Varför värden valde detta boende

For many years we have considered buying property in the Branson area. In 2017, that dream became reality when this listing presented itself. This is an amazing 3 bedroom unit that had everything we were looking for, and hopefully for you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Nothing says outdoors more than sitting on the screened in porch (bug free) at sunrise, sipping a cup of coffee and listening to nature wake up along the edge of the lake. Then get a tee time at a very reasonable fee or trout fish. In the evening we enjoy Branson's variety of shows and attractions, and of course one day has to be spent at Silver Dollar City.

Traffic in Branson can be difficult at times. This unique community sits away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but not so far that it's a problem (about 5 minutes). Whether you're going to Silver Dollar City, downtown, or to northern Arkansas, your not far with an easy drive. Life is peaceful and safe in this gated and guarded community.
