Välkommen till Bay View Grand Residential, en vacker privat gated exklusiv Resort!
Vår lägenhet är den mest bekväma, väl inredda lägenhet i Ixtapa! 1675 kvadratmeter, dörrlåset för digitala nyckelkodar (så du behöver inte oroa dig för nycklar).
2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet. King-size-skummadrass i Sealy-madrassen i master. Badrummets har granitbänkskivor, stora duschar och master badrum har Brondell bidé toalettstol. Travertin marmorgolv hela, och en mycket bekväm stor soffa perfekt för avkoppling efter en lång dag vid poolen / stranden.

Snabbaste fiberoptiska på rummet Wi-Fi finns tillgängligt. HD-TV med Apple TV, Netflix, etc ... Ton engelska kanaler, inklusive 14 HBO / Cinemax kanaler, 10 Fox Premium-kanaler, ABC, NBC, CBS och en engelsk guide kanal.
Det finns en 5-station smart telefon / USB-laddare.

Vi har den bästa 24 timmars säkerhet i området. Ingen är tillåten på fastigheten utan korrekt dokumentation, och vårt team är oförtröttligt för att skapa en underbar säker oas.
Bay View Grand har en concierge som kan ordna taxi, restaurangreservatsturer och mer.
I byggnaden har vi även Mäns och Kvinnors spa-utrymmen utrustade med våt- och torra bastur, bubbelbad och massörer på plats.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate, clean & well organized condo. The pool & beach area is stunning. Our morning beach walks included watching the stingrays surf the waves. Katarzyna is extremely helpful and accommodating. You won’t regret renting this unit that has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Melissa

Great Place in Paradise!

Our stay was terrific. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Very family friendly (we have 3 little kids) and enough room to spread out. Location in BVG is awesome and the morning and sunset views are amazing! Amenities at BVG at the best - beautiful pools, clean beach, great service. We will be back!

Spring Break 2019

We had a great time in Ixtapa in this condo. The owners, Kate and Jordan, were great to work with from start to finish. And during our stay they contacted us to ensure things were going smoothly. The place had everything we needed, and what a great view to wake up to every morning and to see the amazing sunsets every night. We would stay here again and look forward to a return visit.

Best time ever.

We have stayed at BVG several times before and always thought our condos were great. This one was the best. The owners, Kate and Jordan, were so easy to work with. Bay View Grand and Ixtapa are such a great place to vacation. You just can't beat the weather.

Modern apartment, well furnished and nicely decorated.

The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great view of the ocean and super convenient location in the center of Ixtapa. The owner was very attentive and helpful with information and advice. The only minor disappointment was the electric grill. It is not powerful to cook meats.

Best Condo we have stayed in. Home Away From Home

This condo is absolutely a one-of-a-kind condo. It was warm and welcoming and definitely a home away from home. The front desk when we arrived was ready for us and very accommodating, we have any questions we had no problems contacting anyone for help. The owners are an absolute delight and very accommodating. This condo has everything that you could possibly need and then some. It is very hard to replace our home that we have in Washington but this home could be the next home to live in and was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back

amazing stay

We had a beautiful vacation . The condo is stunning . It came fully stocked with everything you would need for your holiday. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed all the movies they had along with all the kids toys. The sunset view is amazing every night to watch from the patio . The owner Katie is very nice and very accommodating . We can’t wait to come back and stay in this condo ! ( we have stayed in 4 other condos over the last 6 years and this is the only one we will stay in again ! )

Excellent!

I have been going to Ixtapa for over 30 years, I always stayed at Hotels, this was my first time ever renting a condo or a house. This condo is great, I felt I was in a 5 star hotel. The staff and everyone is super nice and friendly. Amazing security and a Restaurant open from 8-5pm, with very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely would go back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful, Incredibly well appointed, spacious

If you’re looking for a very special vacation home, this is it. It’s very spacious, and they have really taken care of every little detail. The marble floors are just beautiful, gourmet kitchen is great overlooking the living room. The beds were probably some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! They have everything from the toaster to a blender to a juicer. There really was nothing that we needed other than our suitcases. We are in Ixtapa often, and I can’t recommend Jordan‘s condo enough. They are also lovely people, and wonderful to deal with. The property is very well-run, and the food at the restaurant is excellent and reasonable. If you’re looking for perfect getaway, this is definitely it.

We are Jordan and Kate from Anacortes, WA. We have been coming to vacation in Ixtapa for over sixteen years. We started our vacation travels at the Barceló next door. Over time we watched the beautiful Bay View Grand being constructed. After years of staying in hotels we were ready to delve into the relaxed easy going Condo life.
We stayed at a couple of properties here at the Bay View Grand and loved the experience of Condo life. An opportunity arose for us to stay in the Curry's N304 room and we instantly fell in love with this Condo. The minute we walked through the door this place felt like home. Jori and Stephen have made this Condo a very warm, welcoming, friendly home environment. When the opportunity arose for us to purchase this Condo it took no time at all for us to realize we wanted to purchase this place. We loved everything from the layout, furniture, décor and style. It's our intent to keep the Condo/amenities/policies the same as when the Curry's owned it. We now call this place our home and hope it feels like your home while you stay.
