Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Please keep the noise level down after 10 PM.
Plenty of parking in the two car garage, two spots in the driveway, and lots of free street parking. Very close to downtown with Uber and Lyft available.
If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.
We will consider allowing a pet if the pet is kept downstairs. Pet fee is required.
GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER THE RING DOORBELL OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION. If guests are found doing so, they will be advised to correct their actions and non-compliance will result in guests being reported to Airbnb for this violation.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $2,000 CHARGE FOR CLEANING AND DEODORIZING THE HOME
NO SHOES WORN AROUND THE HOUSE UPON ENTRY. Please do not wear shoes around the house. Youâre welcome to keep your shoes inside but we ask that you do not wear them around the house to help keep our floors and carpets clean. Inside only shoes such as house shoes or slippers are fine. Thank you!

NO MAILBOX ACCESS! Delivery such as Instacart, Doordash, and Amazon are acceptable for PORCH DELIVERY ONLY. *Please note that we are not liable for any issues with porch delivery services or any missing items.
