Guests using a marina slip will be issues a temporary pass which indicates dates the slip will be occupied (arrival and departure) and condo unit # where the guest i staying. Temporary passes are to be affixed to the boat and or jet ski so as to be clearly visible from the pier by Security personnel. Failure to display a temporary pass could result in removal of the boar or jet ski. For boats parked in the boat trailer lot (i.e. not using boat slip), locks will be applied until such fines are paid. $10 per night for trailer parking first come first serve.
