Apartment style

Not a traditional VRBO where you have private space. Lots of neighbors and you can hear everything around you. Couldnt sleep one night because of people up stairs walking around nonstop.

Property location was perfect, but trash left behind and walls extremely thin. Can easily hear neighbors talking and snoring. Ear plugs helped but weren’t enough to sleep well.

We enjoyed our stay. Our unit was tiny, but so efficient. Every inch of space was utilized wonderfully without feeling crowded. The base heaters could be improved. We really couldn’t get the heat toasty warm. I wish management would allow parking the day of check in, there is plenty of space. All in all we will returning. Great property

Great location, budget-friendly

Great to be able to walk to the chairlift, the gondola and main street, and ski back to the accommodation. Very 'cosy' with the sofa bed out, but the (shared) hot tub and the communal lobby made up for it. We even made use of the communal grill for a cook-out!

If you are looking for a little more upscale place, look elsewhere. The best thing about this unit is the transportation service. Perfect place for my solo ski trip. Clean bed and kitchen less than 200 yards from the 4 o’clock to town. The room is very dated, but I came to ski not be picky about modern room decor.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the odor. It's an old musty smell; I'm guessing due to the room never being updated since it was built, probably in the 80s; from it's velour type bedspread, to the semi-shag carpet. The kitchen stove range hood is all rusted with paint falling off. I was told a parking pass was in the room, but there wasn't one and I couldn't get hold of anyone, so I made my own parking place..this would be impossible in the wintertime. Run, don't walk, as far from this room as you can.

Easy access to downtown and 4 o'clock run. The property itself was dated and the walls in the studio were paper thin. We could hear our neighbors walking, flushing toilets, cooking and talking.
