We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It was just 2 of us, so the space was perfect. It is in a great location, easily walking to downtown and very close to the Quicksilver Superchair ski lift. We were there in October, so it was not operating. There is heated parking under the condo that is free, and there is also free parking in the lot outside the condo with a hanging permit tag. So convenient.The common areas are very nice and updated. There are two elevators.The view from the 3rd floor balcony was wonderful (it faces west) and we loved sitting out there. The aspen trees were beautiful. The hot tub and sauna areas are super nice. The pool across the street was closed for maintenance, so we weren't able to enjoy that. The bed was very comfortable. Linens are great. The kitchen was very well equipped, including all new stainless steel appliances. They had salt and pepper and a little coffee, but you need to bring anything else you need for cooking, I also suggest you bring pool towels for the pool or hot tub. We appreciated the 2 fans and humidifier that are in the condo. It cools down so nice in the evenings and being able to bring in the cool air with the fans was perfect. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace when it got cool in the condo. The only negative with this condo is that some of the furnishings are rather old, but they did the job for us. We will happily return with so many great things that it offered.

Great location for Peak 9

Loved the feel of the resort and we especially loved the proximity to the chair lift as well as the town of Breckenridge. Check in was super easy and the garage parking was very helpful. As an added bonus, the hot tub was rejuvenating after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

The condo is very nice, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is truly ski/ski out with a short lift ride to all Breck has to offer. A 5 or 10 minute walk to most anywhere you want to visit downtown. After a day on the runs, the hot tub is perfect!!! A truly wonderful experience.

Real ski in/out location when Peak 9 is open

Liked the stay. Unit was very clean, new kitchen appliances, extremely well stocked. Thank you for having salt and pepper! One con: the bedroom bed was advertised as queen size, in reality its a full size bed.

Excellent Location and Top Notch Manager

The property was fantastic - ski-in / ski-out at Peak 9 with walking access to the village. I also can't say enough about the staff at Ski Country Resorts. They guided me through the check in and check out process and made it seamless. We arrived after hours and had to depart early in the morning, but despite that, the process couldn't have been easier. Great stay.

Great locale and reliably clean

We've stayed at Trail End a few times now and it's proximity to town and lifts make it a fantastic location. As a family of three the units are sufficiently large. Our unit this time had a wobbly dining room table and we couldn't get the fireplace to work, but those were minor issues. We'll be coming back.

Walk to the ski/snowboard school and lifts.

Stay was only two nights but the location was extremely convenient with 9- and 5-year-olds. 10 min walk to the Beaver Run ski school or 5 min walk to the Village Ski School/Quicksilver Chair (ski in/out, less easy on a board), or 10 min walk to main street. The hot tub in this property is small, particularly while renovating the indoor section. Short walk across the street to the main pool with three hot tubs. Parking garage is great! Would be nice if there was an elevator all the way down but not a dealbreaker.Would definitely stay again!

One of the best vacations we've ever had

This was hands down one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. The location couldn't of been better. We were able to back in our rental Tahoe into the garage spot and having it in a warm garage was a huge perk! This unit was everything we needed and our family of 4 enjoyed everything. The grocery store within walking distance was wonderful, but I do recommend stopping in Frisco for your major shopping to save a some money. Unit really had everything you could need but was a little short on cereal bowls, so you may want to get some disposable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely work with Ski Country if we decide to return next year!

Location, Location, Location is great for skiing and town

Step back in time when you enter this condo. Everything is dated in late 80's. If you want to ski into an out of, great place. Garage is nice. Water is backwards in both bathroom and kitchen. Hide a bed is old and needs updating for 3/4 guest. One chair on deck, really? Should have drop box for keys at location, not customer friendly.

We are sorry that you were not as thrilled with some other aspects of rental such as the décor of the condo. We will pass along your feedback to the homeowner in hopes of getting some updates done to freshen it up. We appreciate you letting us know about the patio furniture, we agree that there should be more than one chair and will definitely get some additional furniture so future guests can make the most of the private balcony. Regarding key return -- Unfortunately we are not able to have a drop box on-site at Trails End as we are not the HOA of that building; additionally, for security purposes, we ask to have the keys returned to the drop box at our office as they have fobs and are $75 if lost. Only problem was the coin machine in laundry never had change. We checked both 2nd & 4th floors. Big inconvenience but no fault to the owner of the condo. We ended up going home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.

Picked the unit for location as we had previous stayed across the street at Valdoro. Easy walk to Main St. The picture didn't quite reflect the interior as there were no bar stools but an additional recliner. The furnishings could use an update as they are a bit worn. Moving luggage to the unit is especially cumbersome as the luggage racks can't be taken to the parking lot. Must unload and then walk up 6-7 steps to get to the landing where the racks were positioned. Trying to get the washer/dryer to function through the app was a failure. Finally gave up and found a laundromat in town. Got to be a better way. Having a floor box fan would useful. Having been to Breckenridge many times I was prepared and had brought my own. The free bus route right out front was a plus. Didn't use the garage but having to get out of your car to enter the code is annoying.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will use VRBO again.

Not bad for the location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location. About a two block walk and you are in downtown Breck for great shopping. The kitchen is well stocked with basic needs. This unit does have a few issues: one burner on the stove doesn't work (we weren't told that prior to arrival), the pull out mattress is stained and you can feel the springs when laying on it, the sheets for the bed in the bedroom had holes in them, the bottom drawer in the dresser in the bedroom falls out. The unit overall is in need of a few upgrades.

The only confusion was with the parking garage, but luckily there was parking outside of the building as well! Everything else was very easy and we called the night before staying and the staff we spoke with were so nice and helpful! The hospitality was great! Would definitely stay here again if I were in Breckenridge! It was also less than a 5 minute walk to main street which was also very convenient.

Great Place and close to the lift

It was a great stay. This is the closest ski in ski out location I have stayed in! That was awesome. The lack of communication from the management company and/or owner was not very good. I never got a confirmation with where to get keys and when the unit would be available and it created a bit of worry. Normal VRBO rentals are more on time with correspondence and directions. I had to call the management company to get details. That was frustrating. That being said it had indoor parking, and was exactly what you saw. Older but adequate and functioning well.
