True Ski-in Ski-Out - Skiwatch 318 på Peak 8

Skiwatchs sluttningslokal tillåter åka skidor upp till badtunnsdäcket från en grön (nybörjare) eller en blå (mellanliggande) skidspår. Ski Locker-ingången ligger precis utanför däck. Sätt på skidor på samma plats och med en kort downhill schuss åka in i linjen för en av två höghastighets fyrhjulstolar eller en av två dubbla stolar.

Skiwatch 318 har utsikt över hissarna och bergen över dalen. Det finns en TV i varje rum. Hissen ligger några steg från dörren och en stor lounge ligger bredvid. Det finns garage för två bilar. Utgång till backarna är från skidskåpet en våning ner.

Alla skidåkare som inkluderar skidbutik, skidskola, barnomsorg och restaurang ligger i basområdet strax under byggnaden. Hissar ger tillgång till alla fyra Breckenridge-bergen. Gondolen, toppmötet och stadsvagnen stannar vid basområdet.

Ingen rökning snälla. Vi ber våra gäster ta bort stövlar och skor i posten och lämna dem på kaklade områden. Vi tillåter inte husdjur.

You couldn’t ask for a better location right on the Claimjumper run of peak 8. Very clean with super easy check in and check out instructions. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family of 5. The access to the bus station/lifts were great.

This is a great property and location! Plenty of room for all of the family with the two twin over full bunk beds in the second room. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing property!

The location of this condo couldn’t be beat! Right on the slopes, great view! We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We have stayed in many condos and never had one so well stocked! Thank you! The condo was also clean and comfortable for 7 people.

Great property, true ski in ski out. We had a wonderful week me and my family. Great location!

We stayed for one whole week. Everything great… its a true ski in ski out condo. Plenty of sleeping space, and nice living room with big TV…. Would defenetly stay again. Owner was accesible at all times..

6 Star Location

Clean, spacious condo, thoughtfully supplied with everything we need. Property is well maintained and amenities (hot tub, sauna, gym, parking) were never too crowded. Super responsive and informative owner. Can’t beat this location for Breck skiing!

Colorado Christmas

I flew out with 2 of my sons to join my older son who lives in Colorado to spend Christmas in Breckenridge. We had the BEST Christmas ever. The condo was perfect for us, we loved the ski in/out access. Every need was met, with more than expected kitchen equipment. The view was amazing, it snowed to top it all off. Would stay again for sure.

True ski in/out - perfect location

The house was amazing with a sweet location. It was super convenient to grab our skis/board from the locker, strap in and ski to the lift (zero walking). We’d typically finish our morning run, grab lunch, then head to 1 of 2 hot tubs to relax - then off to the afternoon runs. Also, the Gondola to downtown is a very short walk away. Finally, the place had all the amenities a family would need, and nice views of the mountains/trails. I would 100% recommend Lee’s property and we hope to be back.

Amazing Location

This was a short trip for my family of four. The condo was cozy and had lots of extras that many rentals lack. The beds were comfortable. The property is as described. The location was the best ski in ski out we have stayed in yet in terms of ease. VRBO sends a prompt with the address but you have to swipe to see your condo number. This was confusing to me during check in, but was certainly a VRBo issue. The owner was nice when I had to call for help.

Incredible value, incredible location

Wow, this location has ruined me for all other ski condos. The proximity to the base of Peak 8 is unmatched and so convenient. With two teenagers, we were able to stop in for breaks and lunch throughout the day and everyone could be on their own schedule. The hot tub overlooking the slopes was never busy and the views are incredible. Things are even better than they appear in the pictures. The living room has modern furniture and a big screen TV, which was great for hanging out in the evenings. The bedrooms are both very large.

4 Day Ski Trip

The condo is just what we expected. We were there to ski and this location is ideal with ski in, ski out. On the first day it was walk out, ski in, with a short walk down the slope to rent skis. We ate out one night and cooked simple meals in the well-equipped kitchen the other three. The rooms were comfortable and had nice touches like humidifiers, boot and glove dryer and a drying rack for damp ski gear.

AWESOME!!

This location is perfect and the owners are fantastic! Very quick to respond when contacted via email! We loved everything in the condo but the ski boot/glove dryer was a must! Thanks for a fantastic family get away!
