Denna familjevänliga villa ligger precis norr om Pacific Coast Highway och en halv mil från Newport Beach-halvön. Från Sunset Park-bluff med utsikt över halvön, bara 15 minuters promenad (eller ännu bättre, en 5-minuters cykeltur) till sandstranden och Stilla havet. Newport Pier ligger bara en mil söderut (ytterligare 5 minuter) längs den vackra strandpromenaden.

Njut av en dubbel sovrumslayout med två badrum, vacker balkong och solterrass, trägolv, två DVD-spelare, tre TV-apparater, öppen spis, intern tvättstuga och ett öppet kök med bänkskivor i marmor, stora takfönster och rostfritt extra djupt handfat i stål.

Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Queen Mary och den berömda köpcentren Newport Fashion Island och South Coast Plaza ligger en halvtimme bort. LEGOLAND är 90 minuter bort. Sea World är 2 timmar. Besöker någon på Hoag Hospital? Du kan kasta en frisbee och träffa läkarcentret från lägenhetsbalkongen.

Fantastisk mat till skaldjur ligger inom fem minuter eller hyra en cykel och upplev den vackra strandpromenaden i Newport Beach när solen går ner bakom Catalina Island.

Another great month a Casa Christina in Newport Beach. Great location, beautiful grounds, love both pools and jacuzzi’s. Weather was perfect everyday and the beaches are amazing. The condo has everything you need with a relaxing patio too.

Love Casa Cristina

Another great stay at Casa Cristina🙌🙌🙌 The manager always does an excellent job attending to our needs. The location is great, only 1/2 mile from the beach and a couple from all of our favorite restaurants. We love the grounds, pools and gym. Every summer we hate to leave.

Casa Cristina continues to be marvelous— this is my 4th time staying at this property and I’m looking forward to returning soon. My husband and I traveled with my parents to Newport for the New Year and we can’t think of a lovelier place to stay. The Condo is well-appointed and the property manager is kind and very professional with any needs. Thank you, Casa Cristina for a lovely getaway.

Great condo, great location

Casa Christina is a beautiful condo. Clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Steve was very helpful and attentive to our arrival time and needs. He met us upon arrival to show us the condo and complex. The pool was beautiful and the residents were friendly and open. This condo is a great location; close to the beach, town and highways. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Property manager made the rental process a very smooth and pleasant experience. He was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. Condo location is excellent with good proximity to beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is bright and airy on the third floor and has a spacious balcony that the kids loved to play on. The negatives are that the finishes are a bit dated, water pressure is poor (CA issue from what I was told), and the A/C temp must be reset every 3 hours as it has a thermostat designed for rental property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is very good and conveniently furnished

The apartment is characterized by many guests and rentals and is partially worn and especially the kitchen equipment is limited in number and very worn. New kitchen equipment, a new grill and general cleanup will make the apartment more attractive. During the period we were also exposed to a major renovation of the building with some noise and dust.

Vacation 2013 - Newport Beach

Condo was a perfect 10! The condo was better than the pictures. The location was perfect - close enough to the beaches, restaurants and shopping but not in the middle of the chaos and partying nearer to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful! The property manager was awesome - met us on our arrival and checked in during the week to make sure everything was OK. Condo had full kitchen, washer/dryer, three TV's, great patio w/ partial view of the ocean - plenty of room for a family of four. Special touches were much appreciated - full jars of peanut M&Ms and cookies which were thoroughly enjoyed by our teenagers! Would recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of Newport Beach in a perfect setting.

Beautiful property up the hill from the ocean

This property suited our needs perfectly! It is close to the ocean, a block from Pacific Coast Highway and only a few blocks from the start of the 55 freeway. The condo itself has a nice kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, a living area and a lovely balcony area suitable for grilling, sunbathing, and outdoor dining. The place is quiet -- our neighbors were courteous and we were never kept awake by late night revelry. On the hottest days the AC worked well. The condo complex has a gorgeous common area with pools, spas, grills, and tables for our use. We had friends over a couple of times and found the common facilities clean and uncrowded and wonderful for entertaining. Adequate parking is right outside our building, usually one or two stalls from the entrance. We never had to go far to find parking for ourselves. * Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes * Was the property clean and well-maintained ? Yes, the condo was clean. Not only Casa Christina, but the entire complex is nicely maintained. Bushes were trimmed, walkways swept, common area grills and tables clean, etc. * Did the owner provide good customer service ? Yes. He made arrangements for us to get into the property, leaving a note specifically for us. The one time when we contacted him regarding cable service, he went above and beyond to allow us to use a PVR. * Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? Absolutely! The price was reasonable, the location beautiful, the condo peaceful and quiet with nice amenities. * What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike nearby ? Landlord has a binder full of places to go in the area, including restaurants, parks/beaches, amusement parks, etc. We particularly enjoyed just being at the property, going to the beach, and watching the new Huntington Beach Air Show.

Great stay! Steve was great!

Our daughter and her two classmates at Biola U stayed here for the month taking online classes. Spacious and quiet, well appointed, great WiFi for Zoom! Steve was great, even helping get our daughters printer connected to the WiFi. Safe, short walk to the beach, great parking!

A+. Excellent! Amazing host and cheerful, beautiful condo!

Our experience was amazing! A+. The condo is located in a beautiful condo community with lush gardens and cool and inviting feel with meticulously maintained grounds. The community is a 5-min. walk from the wonderful Newport beaches. We easily walked back and forth and enjoyed the safe neighborhood (didn’t need a car). The condo itself is lovely. The decoration is cheerful and cozy. Our first impression was a relaxing vibe that made us want to slip into a spa robe and relax, with the background sound of a zen-like fountain right outside our balcony. We automatically felt welcomed by a sense of family hospitality. This is also due to the host’s amazing attention to detail. He welcomed us remotely during pandemic times, taking care of us and making sure we felt safe, secure and pampered. He recommended grocery delivery services (Wholefoods, Costco etc) that really enhanced our stay, receiving groceries at our condo door. He ensured we were comfortable and patiently answered all our questions. We will definitely come back to Casa Cristina! Hoping to book same time next year since we noticed it books up very fast and well in advance!!

Our 3 months stay at Villa Christina

We had a wonderful time at Villa Christina. The aparment is very bright and offers a lot of space. The community is very well maintained and the location is great (walking distance to the beach 10 minutes). Furthermore the communication was always very smooth and the host always answered very quickly. Overall we definitely recommend this place for a vacay or even a longer stay.

You want to have a family beach vacation, but the rentals right on the sand are a Hassle! No parking, very crowded, and Tiny! Also, beach housing are usually 60+ years old with bad plumbing and poor lighting.

The Villa Balboa community where Casa Cristina resides was built in the late 80s and the top-floor location means tons of natural light though huge skylights.
