Detta 3-sovrum, 2. 5-badrummet överdel Beach House ligger bara några steg från sanden. Oklanderligt inredda och mysiga, inredning bidrar till denna enhet inbjudande, avkopplande atmosfär. Det finns en balkong på framsidan av huvudnivån och två soldäck på övervåningen. Som ger gästerna möjlighet att dra full nytta av friluftsliv och är perfekt för att sola, koppla av med en god bok, eller njuta av en solnedgång cocktail - havsutsikt! De viktigaste balkongen har en grill. Vardagsrum är öppet till kök och matplats, och vetter mot framsidan uteplats. Köket har centrum ön och bänkskivor i marmor. Sovrum på huvudnivån har också ett skrivbord. Våningen master och sovrum gäst både öppna på sina egna soldäck (alla w bekväma utemöbler).

Bara 30 sekunder promenad till en av södra Kaliforniens vackraste stränder! Mycket attraktiv en helt uppgraderad hus granit bänkskivor med tillbaka stänk i köket, kylskåp i rostfritt stål, gasspis, diskmaskin, och inuti tvätt.

Vardagsrum är öppet till kök och matplats, och vetter mot framsidan uteplats. Köket har centrum ön och marmor bänkskivor. Sovrum på huvudnivån har också ett skrivbord. Våningen master och sovrum gäst både öppna på sina egna soldäck. Köket är fullt utrustat w ugn / spis, fransk dubbeldörr refigerator och diskmaskin, både tvättmaskin och torktumlare är inne för enkel tvätt.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach, the climate, and overall location close to amenities. The home was basically clean and the decor comfortable, but some things need attention to make it more welcoming for a long-term stay. We've stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and what brought our overall rating down was: the tired and somewhat ratty sofa (not the same in pictures); the flaking off of the faux leather finish on most of the dining chairs and sticky table top; tired pillows, linens and towels; and the disarray of 2 patio areas. For example, the screen to the main level balcony was laid on its side outside, gas canisters and decor were strewn around the grill, the table umbrellas were on the ground and needed to be placed into the tables; the patio furniture was pretty dirty and had to be wiped down

Great Spot near the Beach

Place is located in the perfect location. Right off the Boardwalk and super close to Pavilions and lots of great places to eat. Gary was a great host and was always available when needed. Thanks Gary

Great week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Gary was great to work with - very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is in a great location, just steps to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely recommend this property.

Steps to the beach!

The beach house is steps to the beach and a very clean and comfortable vacation rental. The 3 decks are great and provide lots of cool breeze. Also great to have the grocery store just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, accommodation and management

The Beach House is one block from the beach, boardwalk and a grocery store. It’s a very comfortable home with everything provided that you might need in the kitchen, and all rooms of the house and the 3 patios as well as for a day at the beach. Gary, the owner/manager was very friendly and very responsive to various questions/issues that came up during my one-month visit.

A delightful retreat

Gary’s Paradise was a perfect get away. The location was a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sunset each evening. The location was also conveniently located to many restaurants. The condominium was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Gary was a wonderful host and was prompt to answer any question we had. We would love to revisit soon!

Great location!

We had a great time renting Gary’s place!! It was in a perfect location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants! The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed plus some. Gary was a great help to answer any questions and he even saved a parking space on the street for us for our 2nd car upon arrival!! Thanks for a great week!! We will be back!

Great Stay at Beach House!!!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay! Gary made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival and even left us some treats to munch on!! The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms nothing is overlooked. The three balconies all offer views of the ocean, the sunsets were beautiful. Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach is literally a 3 minute walk down the street. We can't wait to come back!!

Great beach house

Everything from start to finish was perfect with Gary's Beach House ... he was attentive throughout the booking process, our arrival and during the stay. He even brought us food snacks for our arrival - very thoughtful. The location is great, the house is very nicely decorated and stocked ... couldn't have asked for anything more or different. Highly recommend and will return.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beach house, with an open floor plan, 3 balconies, and an ocean view! Having 2 ½ baths. a washer and dryer, and a full, fully equipped kitchen, was so convenient, for when our relatives came to visit. We loved the location – 1 ½ blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to a major grocery store, and a short walk to Newport Pier w/shops and bike rentals. Gary was an excellent host, going out of his way to communicate with us, before, during and after our stay; to make sure we were well taken care of, and that he had answered any questions or concerns we may have. If we had a problem with anything, he was right on it, to take care of it ASAP. We would definitely stay again, and recommend it to others!

Wonderful Newport Local Getaway

Our family of 4 loved our visit during the winter holiday break at Gary's great getaway, situated in a wonderful Newport location. We felt like locals – enjoying walking 2 blocks away from the sandy white beach & boardwalk, riding nearby rental bikes on the bike path, and being walking distance to restaurants and cafes and even Pavilions grocery store for home-cooking, easy access to surfing lessons at Huntington and hiking at Crystal Cove. This 3 bedroom brightly lit upper unit had a comfortable feel with the hardwood floors, outside decks and comfy beds with good linens. The covered parking spot and safe neighborhood for our teenage girls to explore were key. Gary was the host of the most – giving us a great orientation to the area & its Lido Marina, Wedge, Balboa Island and was so responsive to all our needs from inquiry to arrival and checkout. Many thanks, Gary, for our great stay to your lovely home!

Wonderful Oceanside Retreat

My husband and 2 daughters and I had the privilege of staying at Gary's property for a month. The location is amazing. The beach is just seconds from the house, along with the boardwalk. Gary's place was clean, comfortable and just perfect for our needs. We felt at home during our stay. We enjoyed sitting out on one of the three decks at any given time to enjoy the view or the sun. Our girls loved being able to walk to get ice cream and donuts on the boardwalk, and walk the beach at low tide to find seashells and sea glass. We were able to walk to the grocery store which was really handy. There are so many restaurants nearby and we enjoyed getting to try them out during our stay! Gary was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. He always got back to us quickly if we had any questions and was so friendly and kind. We always felt well taken care of! We will always have wonderful memories of our stay at Gary's property in Newport and will definitely be back!

Better than advertised!

After pouring over dozens of Newport Beach rental properties, I returned to the first property I spotted and it did not disappoint. Gary's property is very accurately described, but I found that every aspect was even better than advertised. I chose this property because of the proximity to the beach, ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and the incredible THREE decks. The 2nd/3rd floor vantage was incredible, with two offering lovely views of the ocean. The rear deck even had a sliver of ocean visible. The entire home is well-appointed, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need, including extras like spices, olive oil, etc. Each bathroom and the kitchen had both soap and hand sanitizer, and the upstairs bathrooms had aloe for after-sun care. Gary met us to show us the ropes and he could not have been more friendly and inviting. He gifted us with chips and salsa...a nice touch! He also was available for any questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. For the price, this rental is the absolute best, and I hope we can return someday. It was truly a perfect long weekend getaway. Thank you Gary!
