THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort.
Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
THE LIVING AREA
The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying thereâs nothing to watch.
THE 2 BEDROOMs
All Bedrooms and Bathroom are on the ground floor. Perfect for elders or disabled family members. Completely accessible throughout.

REMOTE WORKING
Thereâs likely to be someone in a group of 8 with work to do during your stay. If so, theyâll find a choice of desks and chairs inside and outside, plus 500Mbps wi-fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire left side 2-bedroom home. The right side of the house is another Duplex for another guest. Each home has their own separate entrance and yard and not share anything.
