Denna notering för en ~ 1250 kvadratfot radhus som är en del av en större ~ 5000 Sq. Ft. egendom, som omfattar den lägre nivån av min bostad (som också kan hyras på VRBO notering # 588.032). Båda Semesterbostäder är helt separata, uppdaterad, nymålade med: privata entréer; vackra badrum; 55 "platta skärmar i bostadsområden (premium kabel / Smart TV); 32 'platta skärmar i sovrummet varje notering; separata tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Du har ett fullt utrustat kök / med granit räknare / rostfria vitvaror.

Du ser ut på en vacker njure, nyligen återuppstått pool, med en vattenrutschbana och LED färgskiftande pool ljus, bubbelpool, vattenfall, däck, travertin uteplats, BBQ ö / bar / diskbänk med en stor inbyggd gasgrill och granit -Top, eldstaden med dekorativa glas rock. Poolen är sol uppvärmd och därmed förlänga badsäsongen. Uteplatser / pool / utomhus områden är öppna endast från 09:00 till 10:00 Hyran, inklusive uteplats / pool / utomhus områden, är för betalande gäster. Om du vill roa icke-betalande personer, göra det på en plats utanför fastigheten. Stor, 3/4 tunnland, inhägnat, privat, egendom med fruktträd för dig att njuta / konsumera när det är säsong (apelsin, mandarin, grapefrukt, äpple och citron).

Fastigheten har en fantastisk utsikt över berget och kanjon utsikt över Stilla havet och Mt. Helix. Mycket privat och lugn. Utomhus voljär och ibland ser jag en flock vilda papegojor flyger förbi eller abborre i träden. Det finns bara av parkeringsplatser.

Denna Semester notering har 2 sovrum / 2 badrum, sover 6 med två queen sängar, två dubbla (rulla) bäddar, (och en drottning uppblåsbar luftmadrass om det behövs). För grupper på 1-6, hyra den här Semester notering. För grupper om 7-14, hyra både Lägenhet listor. Bashyran för varje Semester notering omfattar de första två personer som bor på listan. För ytterligare personer (bortom två), vistas i noteringen är det ytterligare 25 dollar per person daglig avgift (datum för semesterdatum kommer att baseras på minst sex personer). De områden utomhus är det enda du delar med andra som bor på fastigheten. Husdjur får tas med en avgift, efter godkännande.

Beautiful place

This was an incredible place with a wonderful views. It fit every need that I had for me and my family. And the host was so incredibly gracious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the outside of the San Diego area with access to all of the San Diego area!

Gorgeous views, very quite

The views and peacefulness of this location made it a great month-long stay for my spouse and me. Jeff met us on our arrival to give us a tour of the unit and was very communicative during the stay. He helped with a few things we needed, which we appreciated very much.Some of the nice things about the unit include: - Mountain View outside the dining room window- Plenty of place settings, pots, and pans- The outdoor patio space, garden, fruit trees, seating options- Number of towels- Closet space- Separated bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors for privacy with additional guests- Outdoor gas grill- Close access to San Diego attractions (apart from rush hour, it seems that 90% of what we visited was only 15-22 mins drive away)- Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants close by

Wonderful stay

Loved this townhouse. Very clean, spacious and great views. Jeffrey was super responsive and helpful. The cable had some issues and he quickly involved the cable company to resolve it. Thank you, we would stay here again!

VRBO needs to check on this property

We found the interior very unclean…nail clippings and hair on bathroom floors…kitchen utensils, pots and pans filthy…oven not cleaned which included a dirty baking pan left in the oven. The 1st floor bathroom tub was disgusting. We were not aware until we arrived that in order to reach the rental we had to go through 2 outside gates, down stairs through the pool area and then up stairs to enter….not a pleasant chore with all our luggage. The location was great while visiting San Diego, but we would certainly not recommend this rental. We feel VRBO needs to check on this listing

Nice place

The stay was pretty nice. The views are certainly amazing. The home was clean and the beds were very comfy. A little out dated and the down stairs bath is just different. The water pressure makes up for that!

Had a great time.

Perfect place to have a 10 & 18 year old with separate spaces for grandparents. Had rain for a couple of days and the pool was cold but hot tub was nice to have.

Views everywhere you look!

This property was very tastefully decorated with beautiful paintings, crown moldings and an actual dolphin fountain! The waterfall in front was also very nice! The gardens out back were awesome with paving stones and hand rails everywhere! Jeffrey is a very nice and helpful host! The hot tub was very warm and enjoyable. The only downside was the many stairs. But we got our exercise over the 4 days we were there! And Jeffrey and his helper Jose were very nice to help us get our luggage and ice chests down to our townhouse! Overall a great getaway!! Thanks, Jeffrey!! We would love to come back!

Anniversary celebration

This neighborhood is beautiful, & peaceful, not to mention the views from the property. The townhouse is beautiful, & the beds are super comfortable. We would love to come back! Jeff is a wonderful host, quick to respond but not at all intrusive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view

Property lovely and extensive. Everywhere we looked there was a little yard statue or point of interest that almost always started a conversation between us. Nice coming back to the house after a long hot day to that pool. Owner was available for questions but not intrusive.

Great Views!

This is a beautiful location with comfortable bedding and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Jeffrey was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. It was not as toddler friendly as I must have thought when booking. The kitchen area is upstairs and the stairs can be slick with ceramic tile flooring. But overall, the home was beautiful and accommodating! Great host!

Good Stay

Jeff was super super communicative! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The pool and spa were a little different than expected; only one day would have been nice to use. We used the washer once and it seemed like it was going to fall down the stairs but here are all the great things: 1. The yard was amazing, we went on so many adventures and ate grapefruit and oranges 2. It was pet friendly and was so amazing! 3. The kitchen was fully stocked 4. The beds were comfy and had exactly what we needed 5. Great shower supplies; everything we needed! Jeff is a great host!!! I would recommend any stay here!!!

Great Stay

We traveled with my elderly parents and my two children ages 9 and 12 to stay for 5 days in San Diego. This property was fantastic and Jeff the host was great! He answered lots of questions for us about surrounding activities, restaurants and stores. He was very responsive prior to and during our arrival. He does live on site but was not intrusive at all. The grounds of this house are beautiful! It has a fantastic view and their are numerous fruit trees. The house was great for us. I would say the stairwell is a bit slick but not a problem by any means. Beds are very comfortable. I would stay here again. It is also a good location for enjoying the surrounding area.

Top 3, if not the best.

This place was possibly the best place I've ever booked. It was so nice and easy to check in. Jeff was very much the best host. He was immediately present upon arrival. He was very welcoming into the property. Place was extremely functional and clean. Never have been to such an impeccable place. I would recommend this place to all of my people, for when they vacation in San Diego. I can't even process more to say other than, this vacation and stay will forever be imprinted in my brain as a full vacation experience.

Awesome Home and Amenities

The property has two rental units. This one was perfect for Grandparents on lower level and Kids and Grandkids on upper level. The other unit is a single level. This unit had everything we needed + extras. The pool was clean and maintained. The property manager supported all request and RESPONDED back almost immediately. EVEN after we left the property. This was a STANDOUT of all our short term rentals.

Retirement oasis

Or overall experience was fantastic. The house was amazing our kids loved the pool, and the deck was extremely relaxing. The owner was on site and very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking there again.

I bought this large home as I loved the views and it was suitable to house my multi- generational family. However, it ended up mostly being me and Lucy (my ten year old golden retriever). Therefore, I decided to share it with others. Although I'm biased, I think it is a beautiful place and I hope you can come and see it/stay a while.
